You will stroll in the Capucins market and in Sainte Catherine street, one of the longest streets in Europe.

The Saint Emilion village is at 50 min and the Bassin d'Arcachon at 50 min.
There’s no need to take the tramway to find shops : 200m from the accommodation you will find a mall.

Your stay

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you the keys and will assist you during your stay.

For arrivals and departures occurring between 9pm to 8am, an additional charge of 20€ will be required on site. For arrivals and departures on Sunday, the additional charge will be of 10€. Both charges can be added : on Sunday from 9pm to 8am : 30€.
