Мои сообщения с вопросом сколько ещё надо ждать сначала игнорировались, потом мне написали «В Париже много трафика, у меня машина, а не самолет». Хотя при регистрации, я указывала во сколько мы приедем. Но всем всё равно, мы просто простояли на улице 2 часа и 40 минут в ожиданиях. На то что у вас могли бы быть какие-то планы на это время, всем наплевать.

O cheiro de comida asiática invade o apartamento.
O prédio é sujo e mal conservado. O elevador é pequeno, velho e não funcionou em um dos dias, inclusive a portaria ficou aberta neste dia. Reclamamos e nos disseram que isso não era da competência do proprietário. Buraco de ± 20cm X20cm bem na soleira da portaria. Até tirei foto para registrar, um perigo quebrar o pé
A rua é barulhenta, tem muitos moradores de rua e muitas prostitutas.
Não vale o preço cobrado!

L'appartement est mal isolé, du coup bruyant côté rue et aussi le tuyau d'évacuation des wc de l'appartement du dessus passe dans la chambre ce qui est très sonore.
Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc trop de clarté pour dormir .

There a few little things that we did not like but it is not a big issued for us. They provided only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Our reservation was for 5 days with 4 people. The bathroom does not have a trash can. The sponge for the sink is disgusting. We bought a new one. They only provided small towels. One comforter seemed not be cleaned, it was yellow.

This accommodation has the worst customer service. The host that met at us when we arrived was very rude and shouted at us for being late due to crazy traffic in Paris. Besides that, at the end of the stay, we are being charged $350 for allegedly stained chairs and towels. First they say that we stained 2 chairs, and they held $50 from our secure deposit. Later, they added $300 again for stained chairs and stained towels. $350 for replacing 3 towels and cleaning 2 chairs!!! First, we did not stain any of these things, but because we do not documented the state of things they are not backing out and now it is my problem to go talk to somebody else. Be careful if you choose this stay. If you do so, document the state of all the things inside the house, or otherwise you could be charged for them.

Barrio sucio y ruidoso, apartamento sucio , suelo sucio , horno asqueroso, es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos . La televisión no funcionaba y en otros comentarios ya leí que no funcionaba , eso significa que jamás se preocuparon de arreglarla. Había una balleta que podía estar allí desde hace meses , sucia y gastada, realmente repuñante, tuve que tirar todo y comprar una nueva . El mismo día que entramos contacté con el alojamiento para decir que la televisión no funcionaba y que el apartamento estaba sucio , envié fotos pero simplemente contestaron que lo sentían mucho , no me dieron una solución. Ahora seguramente me contestaran que lo sienten mucho , que quizás necesitaban más pruebas etc.. que sepáis que si tenéis algún problema o reclamación nadie os va a atender . El apartamento no está cuidado , no lo limpian realmente y se nota . Tuve que ponerme a limpiar , porque me daba asco. Claramente no pude usar el horno y la cocina tiene lo justo, no es cómodo. Yo tengo un niño celíaco por eso necesitaba una cocina , envié un correo antes de ir para asegurarme que la cocina estuviese limpia y me aseguraron que si. Es todo una mentira . Me engañaron y no me dieron una solución el mismo día que los contacté. Una decepción y por supuesto falta de seriedad y profesionalidad. No volveré y no lo aconsejo .

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos cuantos días en París. Se sitúa bastante céntrico con varias líneas de metro a escasos 100 metros, varias franquicias de restauración conocidas a poco más de 150 metros y bastante variedad de restaurantes, varias tiendas de ultramarinos y supermercados también cerca. Estás a escasos 20 minutos andando del Louvre. El
mobiliario está bastante completo con: horno, fogones, lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha, mesa para 4, sofá cama y cama familiar.
Negative:
Leo varias reseñas de que el apartamento olía a comida, y salvo un par de determinados momentos el baño el resto no, debido al horario de cocina del restaurante asiático que se sitúa debajo. La limpieza del suelo podría mejorar (algo se polvo en las esquinas) pero es cierto que después las sábanas y las toallas estaban en perfecto estado, baño limpio y cocina limpia. Detalles que nos pasaron a nosotros: mando de la televisión sin batería (no pasa nada que no vamos a ver la tele pero son detalles a cuidar), compramos un estropajo porque el de allí parecía bastante gastado, lo dicho pequeños detalles. El mayor problema que nos pasó fue en el Check-in, ya que realmente no puedes llegar antes de las 15:00 pm y el de salida antes de las 10:00. Cuando llegamos a las 15:10 nos proporcionaron un vídeo donde nos indicaban dónde encontrar las llaves, el problema fue que allí no había nada. Tuvimos que estar a la espera como 45 min hasta que resolvieron el problema donde una amable persona que no era con la que estuvimos hablando por teléfono. Nos explico que el anterior inquilino dejará las llaves dentro de la casa en lugar de la cajita donde las tenía que dejar al irse, aunque nos pareció curioso porque obviamente alguien había ido allí a limpiar, cambiar toallas, sábanas y a dejar el apartamento óptimo. Salvo eso todo correcto y en general recomendable.

Lo más excepcional de el apartamento fue la ubicación, al lado del metro y del centro de Paris. Era un lugar súper tranquilo y acogedor para los pasajeros, una rica ducha con agua caliente y una cantidad perfecta de frazadas para pasar el frío invierno de esta maravillosa ciudad.

We did not use the oven or stove so we can not comment on this. The kettle, coffee machine and toaster worked fine. We did not use the washing machine so can not comment on this.

le dotazioni della cucina sono scarse, per intenderci arredata da qualcuno che sicuramente non sa cos'è una cucina funzionante.

Дуже поруч з центром, 15-20 хвилин на метро до символів Парижу. Метро через дорогу - це просто супер. В будинку є ліфт, що радує, коли є чемодан в руках. Велике дякую людині, що нас дочекалася, бо потяг запізнився. Апартаменти чисті, комфортні, двокімнатні, є все з техніки навіть праска та посудомийна машина.
Магазинчики та кафе поруч, є продуктовий магазин через дорогу, який працює вночі також.

Дуже шумно на вулиці навіть вночі, чутно навіть при закритих вікнах. А якщо їх закрити, немає чим дихати, якби був кондиционер, такої проблеми не було, але нажаль. Район нібито беспечний, але крадії присутні, треба бути уважними зі своїми речами.

Die Lage war perfekt, es gab zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe und einige gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Eingang zur Metro ist genau gegenüber. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und ausreichend.

Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage. Sodass wir mit offenen Fenster schlafen mussten um die nächtliche frische Luft herein zu bitten. Das Problem war nur, die Straße war sehr belebt in den Abend/Nachtstunden, sodass man nicht wirklich in den Schlaf kam.

Beautiful and tidy apartment right on one of the main streets of the city. The metro station is literally 10 meters away, and the neighborhood offers anything you’d ever need. Very comfortable place even for short remote working sessions. Highly recommended!

Recht kleines Apartment (sieht auf den Bildern etwas größer aus), aber ausreichend für 4 Personen (wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie dort), zu zweit gut Platz.
Die Lage ist einerseits sehr gut, da direkt an der Grenze zw. 2. und 10. Arrondissement und gleich um die Ecke vieler Lokale. Andererseits hat man durchaus etwas Lärm durch den Boulevard an dem die Wohnung liegt.
Die Ausstattung ist zweckgemäß.

It's really cool apartments, the location is the best. Near there are several lines of metro. Also near u can find a lot of supermarkets and so on.
Clean clear apartments with all the dishes, washing and so on.

Everything was good may be somebody'll think it'll be a little noisy cause its a big street upon the window.
It was a little problem with keys. So we came to address which was send me by booking.com as address where we should take keys when we called administrator she told us to go to address of apartments. It wasn't hard but its not cool to go round the city with lots of luggage for example.
One moment as an advise to have cutting board in the kitchen and a shelf in shower-cabine. May be its rather little light in bathroom.

Staff (Vasken) was very nice and helpful. Our flight got delayed and ended up arriving the hotel 3 hours later than expected. He had work in between but still came back from another place just to pick us up! And was very informative as well. He speaks good English and that is a bonus.

The apartment‘s location is quite central and close to a Metro station. The apartment is new and practical. I stayed with my two kids and they liked the place. The building entrance is not nice, at night you here some of the Main Street traffic. Overall a good experience, especially taking into consideration the good price.

Accueil sur mesure, Bernadette est très serviable et vous rend le séjour agréable.
Localisation : très bien situé en face du métro.
Appartement très bien équipé, literie confortable et meublé avec goût mais ménage laissant à désirer : pas de papier wc en arrivant, housse de couette tachée (je me suis demandée si elle avait été changée). Assez bruyant la nuit mériterai un triple vitrage car il donne sur la route et la rue très fréquentée.
Je le conseille toutefois pour un séjour au coeur d'un quartier vivant de Paris.
