Modern studio in Arcachon - Welkeys

The space

Located near the beach, this charming studio can accommodate up to 2 people. This location allows you to have a break and enjoy the sea breeze.

This luminous housing on the ground floor consists of a living space of 30sq. with east exposure. The studio includes :
-a sofa bed (brand new since january 2023)
-a well-equipped kitchen corner (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge)
-a bathroom with a bathtub
-TV and Wi-Fi
-vacuum cleaner, washing machine, households products and hair-dryer are also provided
-a wardrobe
-parking
-a terrace

Please note: Painting work will take place in the corridor of the building from September 4.

→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

Please do respect the neighborhood and avoid noise pollution after 10PM.

The neighborhood

You will be in the heart of a residential area, near the beach (Pereire). The accommodation is close to transports and a supermarket: you won’t miss anything.
You should visit the Dune of Pilat (20 min away by car), and visit the cabins built on Piles.

Getting around

The apartment is close to bus stations (L1)
From Arcachon train station → about 25 min walk away or 7 minutes away by car
From the airport (Bordeaux)→ 55 minutes away by car or 2h away by transports from the accommodation
