Located in the heart of Nice, this studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops and transports, this flat is perfect in order to visit the city.

This luminous housing on the 5th floor (with an elevator) consists of a living space of 27sq. The studio includes :

-a well equipped kitchen corner (coffee machine,oven,, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher)
-a bathroom with shower
-TV and Wi-Fi
-vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment

-a balcony
-the accommodation doesn’t include a parking space but you can park on the parking near the station.

Want to have a walk ? The place Massena is located at only 10 minutes away from the accommodation, which is perfect if you want to visit the Old Nice.

From the airport → 20 min away by bus or 15 min away by car
