My wife and I stayed here with our adult son and we found the apartment really attractive, spacious, well-stocked and comfortable. The layout is a little strange in that you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the the bathroom (although the toilet is separate, in the hallway). We also liked the neighborhood and it's very close to the Place de Clichy metro station.
The only problem we had was the really poor communication from the property management company that handles the rental. Questions about how the $600 deposit is handled and check-in procedures were unanswered or left hanging. When we finally reached someone the afternoon of our stay, the person seemed surprised that we'd received no information on any of this. We've done many VRBOs over the years and usually these things are sent automatically in the days before your arrival. Maybe they were just short-staffed like everyone else these days.
That being said, we'd definitely stay there again on another trip to Paris (which I hope will be very soon).

Compact but bright 2 bedroom-1 bathroom flat in the 9th arrondissement.
Positive:
Location amazing - very close to Place de Clichy (bus and metro stations). 3 min walk. Many restaurants and bars in the vicinity, frequented by young locals. Super market 2 min walk. Park across the street - great if you have young kids. 9th arrondissement is not a super touristy area but feels vibrant and safe.
Flat nicely furnished. Also loved the excellent service of the property Manager, Jeremy, who purchased a shower mat (as shower surface is extremely slippery).
2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and 1 toilet - works for a family but maybe trickier for 2 couples (as you have to go through main bedroom to get into the bathroom). Loved the fact it is very bright and sunny! Kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer and lots of pots/pans.
Negative:
Lack of any fan (ceiling and/or standalone fan) s in 33 degrees was the main challenge. Resorted to sleeping with every window open but there are no mosquito inserts. Luckily not mozzie season!
There is a washing machine which is great but no drying rack. No major issue but would be good to have. No cupboard in first bedroom but again okay for family who can share the two cupboards in main bedroom.
Couches are okay but not really comfy...
May have to pay for the shower mat myself! (although a real necessity) and for lack of toilet paper...

Great Location - Property nice but with odd aspects!
Positive:
Location good and convenient for 3 Metro stations and 2 Lines. In a quiet street overlooking a park on 6th floor (with lift) -so good views. Well equipped kitchen if you wish to cook. Nice neighbourhood with supermarkets and local bistro (Le P’tit Vélo) which we visited twice. On the Place de Clichy in 5 mins and an easy enough walk up to Montmartre and Sacré Cœur.
Negative:
Although this is a 2 bedroom apartment, the bathroom is ensuite to the double bedroom so may not be ideal for all renters. We are not a couple but managed OK-but it slowed down our morning routines. (The wc is, however, separate and accessible.) The second bedroom has no wardrobe, hanging or drawer facilities- far from ideal as we were there for a week and it did one person’s clothes no favours! The chairs in the living space are low and have no support and the sofa is not much better. The most bizarre aspect was that there was not a single wine glass available for guests and, more bizarre, a glass fronted cabinet containing crockery and wine glasses etc was, literally, chained up! For a property that was relatively expensive we found this inexplicable, unacceptable and mildly insulting.
Finally, a comment on communication with Welkeys, the management company - they overdo it! I had so many emails and texts from them that it got quite confusing and yet, despite them providing an entry code for the property, this was useless without a key fob! A kind resident gave me entry or I would otherwise have been left out on the street. And, despite their offer to arrange a cab back to the airport, when I asked for this they replied telling me to get an Uber!

The host met us promptly. We were only slightly confused about what to do with the garbage; otherwise, very instructive. The metro was nearby to get us into the city center easily. The area was very walkable to locate bistros, shops and art openings. It was nice to have two bedrooms, we had one person sleep on the sofa due to snoring so plenty of space for all of us to sleep/rest with some privacy. The kitchen was great, had a hot pot for tea and large refrigerator to keep fruits and juice. The art in the apartment was nice.
Negative:
Myself and two daughters both woke up with severe itching to the legs and arms. Welts which looked like bites. Perhaps bed bugs or fleas. The first night, a group of very loud individuals stayed up all night in the park outside the apartment. Screaming and wrestling with each other until morning. Very disruptive to sleeping and rest. It was only one night, after that they did not return. The bathroom door handle needs repair, falls off every time it's used. There was a very long black piece of hair in the shower when we arrived, not from us.

The place was really above all the expectations. Interior is perfect, with romantic, warm and comfortable feeling. Exactly how you would imagine living in Paris. Beautiful view from the window. Everything was working, comfortable and clean. Nice small square with a playground for our son just outside. Location is good, very close to everything, but hidden a bit from the main streets, so you get more quiet feeling. I can definitely recommend it, especially for a longer stay.

Beautiful, quirky apartment in a fantastic location. The view from the main room is a real highlight and location is great- easy walking distance to Montmarte, lots of shops, restaurants and bars even on the same street.
A few things that weren't so good:
There are no curtains including in the bedrooms. This isn't mentioned in the listing so there was no warning to bring eye masks, and it was very detrimental to our sleep.
Some elements are overlooked in terms of comfort and cleanliness, eg no hand towel in the toilet or even anywhere to hang one, no bin bags so we had to improvise with disposing of rubbish, no dishwasher tablets.
If these small things could be rectified it would make for a perfect stay!

We stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect for me, my wife, and daughter. There’s a small park and playground right across the street, as well as pizza and post office (for sending postcards). There’s a crêperie across the street, and a small grocer and bakery down the road, and many cafés and bistros nearby. Importantly, a taxi depot is right around the corner, across the street from the moulin rouge, which is a few blocks away. The taxis are there early morning, for airport rides as well.
As for the apartment, it’s spotlessly clean and modern. There’s a nice balcony and view. It’s quiet. There’s a dishwasher, stove, and the washer has a wash / dry cycle. The building feels very secure with the double locked doors. It’s very spacious and nice to have company over, with the living room holding 5-6 people easily.
This is one of the nicest AirBnBs I’ve stayed in. Welkeys was great, check in was super easy. Highly recommend!

Hat keinen ansprechpartner trotz hinweis das wir zwischen 11 und 12 anreisen war niemand da ( geschlossene haustür) um ca 15.20 kam der vermieter erst ,war mit kindern 9 stündige anreise und gebäck im schlepptau sehr anstrengend!
MÜNDLICHER CHECK OUT schon um 9 wurde bestädigt um 10.45 war noch immer keiner da wir haben den schlüssel einfach in die wohnung gelegt und haben alleine das arpartment dann verlassen! FAZIT.: unser durchgeplante kurzurlaub mit zeitplan war für den ersten tag nicht mehr zu schaffen und der letzte tag im schloss versai leider dadurch auch nicht mehr möglich :-(

Very nice apartment in great neighborhood
My family of four--my husband and two sons, ages 16 and 13, enjoyed our stay. The apartment was charming and clean, and coordinating with Welkeys was very organized. The neighborhood was great--we loved the easy walk to Montmartre, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. Also easy access to metro.
