Located in the heart of Antibes, this charming apartment can accommodate 4 people. Close to the beach and shops, this flat is perfect in order to have a break and enjoy the sun.
Our flat is situated on the second floor (with elevator) consists of a living space of 65sq. m and includes:
-a charming living-room with a sofa bed
-a luminous bedroom with 2 single beds
-a well-equipped kitchen: kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge
-a bathroom with a shower

Beliggenheten er kjempeflott, stor og romslig, gode senger og dyner, balkong med havutsikt.
Sterk lukt fra sluket i dusjen (mangler antagelig vannlås i sluket), dårlig kaffetrakter (tok. 40 min å trakte 0,5 l kaffe)-den bør byttes ut, bare 2 kaffekopper, dårlig rengjøring av gulv/gulvlister(måtte støvsuge opp mye støv), bordet på balkong veldig skittent -var ikke vasket på lang tid, toalett renner vann etter bruk, dårlig info mht nøkkel til leilighet og hvilke nøkler som skulle brukes for å låse opp døra inn til leiligheten. Bør lages et infoskriv som ligger i leiligheten med praktisk info, slik som Internett navn og passord, hvor søppel tømmes, hvor brukte håndklær og sengetøy skal legges ex avreiseetc etc.

Handing over the keys and getting into the apartment was not easy either! There were no pillowcases and the bed linen was not clean. The bathroom had an unbearable sewer smell, which we insulated ourselves in the shower! The balcony is small and can only be used for sitting out. Parking on the street is problematic, it is very difficult to find a free space. I don't plan on coming back!

There was everything you needed to prepare a decent meal. The location was perfect close to the sea and the old town. And it was relatively easy to find a parking lot.
We had some difficulty identifying the lock box for the keys as it was placed outside the building chained to a drainage pipe - quite an unusual place. Moreover it did not quite look as the one shown in the video and the box interior did not match the instructions for opening the box. Also we had a difficult time finding the right apartment as the video they sent us froze for some unknown reason showing a wrong apartment. It would have been much easier if the host had just sent or told us the apartment number.

Beliggenhed er rigtig god. Administratoren svarede hurtigt og forsøgt at hjælpe med de opståede udfordringer.
Vi fik lob til at tjekke ind tidligere uden ekstra gebyr.
Ingen parkering, virkelig besværligt (også udenfor sæson).
For mange issues:
Vi skulle arbejde et par dage, wifi koden virkede ikke på computeren - tog 1 dag for at problemet blev løst ved at administratoren har ringen til tlf. selskabet. Genstart af rooteren hjalp ikke. 1 dag uden internet når man skal arbejde er en dyr fornøjelse :(
Remotecontrol til den ene airconditioner i soveværelset fungerer ikke, var virkelig koldt i marts måned. Det viste sig, at man skulle bruge remote control fra den anden airconditioner i stuen. Hvor skulle vi vide det fra?
Ingen varmt vand den første dag, da alt var slukket i lejligheden. De har glemt at tænde for en boks i skabet i køkkenet. Tog også lidt tid.
Man skal selv sørge for at smide skrald ud…ikke et problem, men rengøringen er jo i prisen som man betaler for lejligheden, så forstår ikke hvorfor vi skulle bruge vores tid for at lede efter de rigtige trash contairnes på gaden…
Alle issues blev løst, men de bør bare ikke opstå..

Washing machine broken ....no prior notice that this was the case prior to needing it, however they offered to pay for washing at an off site place close by.

Few instructions for appliances etc.Found Nespresso machine on shelf next to fridge, no mention of it in details. Initially thought it must be broken as was next to a broken fridge shelf but it worked ok. No info on where to leave keys on exit got info after a couple of texts to Welkeys.

Excellent emplacement, en revanche les prestations de l appartement géré par Welkeys ne justifie pas le prix payé: Impossible d avoir un double des clés, ménage très approximatif du sol ainsi que la vaisselle, deux ampoules grillées, chasse d eau dysfonctionnelle, Filtre des 2 Clim encrassés par la poussière à ne pas utiliser, décodeur TV Bouygues HS quelques chaînes captées par l antenne de l immeuble, voilage du salon détaché , refoulement des eaux usées engendrants de mauvaises odeurs dans la salle d eau, porte salle d eau sans clé, Machine à laver non utilisable, tambour ne tourne pas. Congélateur non dégivré,pour finir, produit s de première nécessité absents. Mauvais rapport qualité /Prix. Frôlant l escroquerie, j ai été remboursé partiellement par Airbnb. Welkeys à fuir.

Lägenhetens stora behållning är läget. Den ligger mycket nära en fin offentlig sandstrand och samtidigt nära centrum/gamla stan. Vi (en barnfamilj) uppskattade närheten till stranden, och att det finns strandparasoll, korgar och badleksaker att låna.
Något negativt var att tvättmaskinen inte fungerade alls bra, samt att vi saknade ett påslakan (vilket vi bad om men aldrig fick).
Med tanke på priset, närheten till stranden och staden, samt fungerande AC och wifi, är vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse!

Perfect position, close to beach, easy walk to vieux Antibes. Facilities good, except washing machine was not working properly. It would ba a nice gesture to leave guests a small bottle of detergent and a few tablets for the dishwasher!

The company managing the property - Welkeys - is terrible. Ignored my requests and questions. Internet is extremely slow, so forget about working from there. No soaps whatsoever provided (no hand soap, no dish shop, nothing). No garbage bags provided. Apartment smells bad if you keep windows closed. Location is ok.

Un interlocuteur très rapide pour nous accueillir et répondre au seul problème de la semaine la panne du four micro onde .Une literie exceptionnelle de confort, de la place dans le logement , un très bel emplacement qui mériterait un parking privé pour un confort parfait .Nous pensons retourner dans ce logement agréable et bien fourni en matériel de cuisine, en livres dans la bibliothèque et enfin bien pour l'été avec la clim et beaucoup de petits objets pour les enfants afin de les rendre heureux à la plage .

Appartement très bien situé : 10 mins à pieds du vieil Antibes, 15/20mins des plages de Juan les pins et moins de 5 mins de la plage d’Antibes!
La vue mer est très appréciable!
Literie confortable avec la clim dans le salon et la chambre.
Un peu bruyant mais front de mer pendant la période estivale, rien d’anormal.
Rien à redire sur notre séjour, l’agence est très disponible (mention spéciale à Chou qui s’est très bien occupée de tout!).
Je préciserai juste que le ménage est à améliorer, mais sinon vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermées!

While we appreciated staying in the very clean and well located apartment, there was no Internet for half of our 5 day stay. In addition, there was no water for three days and we could not shower until the evenings. Both problems were probably due to construction inside the building, but we are not sure as nothing was communicated to us about it.

This apartment is clean, well equipped and perfectly located near the beach and the town of Antibes. Would definitely recommend this stay. The host company provides guests with a contact person in Antibes who greeted us and helped us check in which was great.
