This studio located on the 5th floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 28sq. m and includes :
- a bright living space with comfortable sofa-bed,
- a cute balcony with view on the street,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- a vacuum cleaner, household products, ironing equipment, hairdryer, babycot, high chair,
- Smart TV (with Canal+ and 200 TV channels) and Wi-Fi
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo
The neighborhood
Charming flat ideally located in the center, close to the beaches ! You will be able to discover the city without taking the transports : the beach is 50m away, the Halles 8 min away, the Aquarium 15 min away. You will be in the middle of the city-center, and could enjoy all the shops and restaurants.
Don’t hesitate to surf, Biarritz beaches are renewed for this sport !
