Located at the 1st floor (without elevator) in a calm area close to the city-center, this 115 sq. m triplex flat includes :
- a large and bright living room,
- a large panoramic terrace (34 sq. m) with a clear view,
- a well equipped american kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge),
- 3 bedrooms with double bed on the first floor,
- 2 bedrooms with double bed and sofa-bed on the second floor,
