This charming house with garden at the heart of Lille Metropole, easily accessible and quiet, can accommodate up to 6 people. Close to all commodities and transports, this flat is perfect to visit the city.
This cosy house composed of two floors (with stairs), consists of a living space of 80 sq. m and includes :
- a quiet and non-overviewed terrace and garden,
- a bright and pleasant living room,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- a third bedroom with a single bed,
- an open equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with bathtub/shower,
- TV,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment, baby bed.
Parking is easy and free in front of the house and in the streets around.

The neighborhood
This house at the heart of Lille Metropole benefits from a perfect location to visit Lille area. Close to transports and easily accessible from the highway, you will access to Lille Center in 10 min, to Pierre Mauroy Stadium in 15 min, to Bruges in 45 min or to the charming resorts of the Belgian Coast in 1h. Marcq-en-Baroeul in known as a pleasant and quiet city, but also as an important economic hub : you will thus be closed to numerous headquarters such as Lesaffre Group, Eurocandy or Holder.

The property had outside space
The bedroom on the top floor was reached by an open wooden staircase which were little more than a sloping ladder. There was no handrail. This was dangerous particularly in the night.
The table in the lounge was broken and the kitchen was poorly equipped with minimal worksurface provision. It was not possible for 6 people to eat together inside. The oven was dirty.

Toutefois, le bien est rincé : les équipements sont fatigués, la literie est juste confortable, à notre arrivée, nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver des radiateurs détachés, un escalier pour atteindre les combles où se situe une chambre dont la garde n’est plus présente et un ménage certes fait mais au minimum viable (toiles d’araignées au plafond, crasse dans les coins, four dans un état exécrable, etc …)
Des affaires oubliées par de précédents locataire traînaient, et la vaisselle n’était pas totalement faite à notre arrivée.
Bref, une maison avec un petit potentiel qui gagnerait à être mieux entretenue.

Quasi tous les chauffages étaient arrachés du mur et un lit cassé. La propreté n'était pas super non plus. Miettes au sol et autour de la poubelle, poussière , filtre du lave vaisselle ( écœurant)

Quelques suggestions pour rendre le séjour plus agréable:
Plus de vaisselle (verres et couverts- 6 verres c’est juste )
Rampe à installer pour les 2 escaliers qui peuvent s’avérer dangereux pour des enfants et/ou personnes âgées

L'arrivée autonome fonctionne sans soucis et nos hôtes ont fait preuve de flexibilité. On trouve du stationnement relativement facilement dans la rue.

Bus juste à côté direct vers Lille. 10min à pied du centre de Marcq.
Maison et équipement propre et agréable.
Table à manger sur la terrasse non couverte.
En cas de pluie, c'est un peu compliqué.

Le fait que le logeur indique dans ses messages "dépôt de garantie de 500€ à régler en espèces" mais que, quand vous entrez dans le dur, ça devient "à régler par pré-autorisation bancaire avec 4€ de frais sortis de dessous le tapis".
