its quiet big, fridge is big and only one think wich work good, supermarket near by We didnt know 7 arr of Lyon is recommended to avoid For tourists( just Google it) but we felt it ones we were there.The lock was broken and we couldnt get in( agent tried his best) about 1 hr.Then he advise is to use only second lock, considering dodgy location It wasnt very nice.They give us only 1 set of keys and tald that intercome is not working.Property has very old staff, almost nothing is really work their.I tald them we didnt like it and smiling they tald us we can leave( without any refund of course) I tald i will leave a fair review they tald they dont care.By ourself we found intercome wich was working.As we not always went out together and having one key it was really important for us .It was working, they just didnt know acsess details to the building.They problem is they really DONT CARE about the customers I contacted Welkeys and they refused to help with anything telling they are Sorry being not up to our high standard))) I travel a lot but that was worst experience ever.I highly recommend to avoid this property and agency.Its look a bit cheaper but considering location, no internet, washing mashin and all tecnic very old and in bad conditions its better to pay a little bit more and take a nice place

Lyon has very good public transport so it was easy to get around although on a couple of occasions the family ticket we bought seemed to stop working for some unknown reason, meaning we then had to buy something else. The wifi was very strong in the flat and the shutters meant it was properly dark whilst sleeping. The flat lacked a bread knife and vegetable knives etc. The proper oven was unusable (indeed the fuse for it had in fact been flipped to the off position). A replacement for the integral microwave was at least on site but that is not much use for proper cooking. The washing machine was half full of water (going mouldy) and so as the days went on there was an odour which had to be got rid of by opening the kitchen balcony doors each morning and evening. There was a half loaf of bread embedded in ice in the freezer and the lower drawers were filthy. It didn't seem like access to the control for the main heater was possible, due to its cover being bent. All in all it felt like someone had quickly left during a refit as they needed to rent the place out to pay for the work being undertaken.

- Nice view on the street from the balcony
- 2 min. of walking till Intermarche Before booking this appartment, it was written that there are washing machine and owen. That is true, they were out there, but they were broken. First minute in this apart. I began to check everything. The washing machine was full of water. The built-in owen was working, but sealed, I could not open it. I sent a message to manager, but his response was that those equipment was not on the list(?!). If it is not on the list, why is it out there in such condition? Just get rid of it, because you mislead others.

Das Apartment entsprach unseren Erwartungen: geräumig, und geeignet um selber unsere Mahlzeiten herzustellen und zu geniessen. Gute Betten. Die Lage in der Nähe der Innenstadt war günstig, ebenso der kurze Abstand zum Bahnhof Jean Macé von wo aus wir Ausflüge machten. Der Kontakt zur Argentur war freundlich, die Absprachen im Bezug auf der Kaution jedoch undeutlich und umständlich.

J'aurais tellement aimé laisser une note de 5 étoiles. L'appartement est grand et plutôt bien placé (mais attention si vous avez une voiture, la nôtre a été cambriolée dans la rue derrière! Donc je recommande aux voyageurs sans voiture car l'accès au tram est très pratique, mais se garer un cauchemar), les lits confortables (même le clic clac), et la salle de bain séparée des toilettes. Mais malheureusement, trop de choses me font laisser une note bien plus basse, et elles sont principalement dû au service de Welkeys qui laisse vraiment à désirer. Tout d'abord, le jour de notre arrivée, j'appelle le greeter environ 30 minutes avant l'heure pour dire que nous sommes à Perrache et arrivons bientôt, et on me répond qu'il est parti car j'avais indiqué une heure différente. J'avais pourtant changé l'heure sur le site 4 jours plus tôt, avec confirmation par mail à l'appui. Mais bon, le Monsieur revient, et jusque là tout va bien. Surprise en arrivant: pas de chauffage central. Nous sommes début janvier et le temps est doux les deux premiers jours, mais cela change et Welkeys ne répond pas à mes demandes de chauffage d'appoint (il y en a trois minuscules dont 1 ne fonctionne pas). Ensuite, je veux laver mon linge, j'ouvre la machine, et là c'est l'inondation! Elle était pleine d'eau, ce qui était impossible à voir sans l'ouvrir (une vieille machine avec une porte à l'avant). Nous épongeons avec une serviette de douche, et je demande à Welkeys de m'en porter une autre. Pas de réponse. La machine est en panne, pas moyen de la vider, donc de laver mon linge, ou la serviette. Je vais passer tous les autres petits incidents qui auraient pu être pris en charge, mais sont restés sans réponse jusqu'à la veille de notre départ (nous y avons quand même passé 7 jours!!!). Donc je suis très déçue. Heureusement que j'ai de la famille à Lyon qui a pu nous prêter ce que Welkeys aurait dû nous apporter!! Je ne serais pas contre un nouveau séjour, mais il faut vraiment que Welkeys s'occupe de ses locataires!

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Lyon avec station de tramway juste à côté. Quelques places de parking gratuites à proximité, nous avons laissé la voiture durant notre séjour sans aucun problème. Volets difficiles à fermer, laissant passer la lumière le matin, la baie du séjour pourrait être complétée d'un rideau pour y remédier...

Trop de mauvaise surprises Pensez bien à appuyer sur “ en savoir plus “ pour découvrir qu une arrivée après 21h vous coutera 22€ de plus et 44 € de plus après minuit …. Nous avons aussi découvert à notre arrivée que le chauffage n était pas opérationnel . En plein mois de décembre …La personne qui nous a accueilli nous a dit : « il n a pas été révisé, il ne faut pas l utiliser » . Nous lui avons dit que c était scandaleux que l annonce de mentionne pas que le chauffage ne fonctionne pas . Réponse ubuesque : « si, il fonctionne, mais il vaut mieux ne pas l utiliser car il a pas été révisé » . Résultat nous nous sommes chauffés avec 2 chauffages électriques d appoint . 1 dans le séjour avec une soufflerie très bruyante et l autre dans la chambre , style grille pain, qui diffuse une lumière très forte et empêche de dormir … La douche elle aussi laisse à désirer avec un pommeau usagé et une pression très faible . Bref très déçus et indigne du prix demandé .

Arrivé très tardivement le premier soir pour le check in. La personne qui avait les clés est venu de façon très courtoise et a compris parfaitement mes difficultés. Un grand bravo.
Cependant, on veut me faire payer un late check in de 44€ en consequence de cette arrivée tardive indépendante de ma volonté. J’aurai pu les payer mais je n’ai pas accepté les différents points que je vais énoncer qui m’ont scandalisé :
Nous sommes en décembre et le poêle est en révision, donc pas de chauffage. On me sort 2 chauffages d’appoint, l’un à la retraite(et ayant déjà bien rendu service), le deuxième à lumière vive, qui éclaire de jour en pleine nuit(donc je ne l’ai pas utilisé la nuit). Nous avons eu froid tout notre séjour
La ballon d’eau chaude pour trois personnes est dérisoire. 5mn de douche par personne top chrono avec de plus un pommeau qui est cassé(impossibilité de se laver les cheveux donc)
Des détritus devant l’ascenseur à côté de notre porte pendant tout notre séjour(le voisin), dont de la vitre cassée, que moi-même ou ma compagne avons enjambé à longueur de temps.
Je refuse donc de payer 44€ supplémentaires dans ces conditions

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement pendant 2 semaines. Réponse rapide de l’agence. Bonne localisation. Surface de l’appartement très agréable et au calme malgré les lignes de train à proximité. Toutefois, certains équipes sont à réparer et la propreté du balcon à revoir pour un séjour parfait. Checkout parfait mais checkin à revoir pour respecter les horaires donnés. A recommander dans l’ensemble !

La propreté et la grandeur de l appartement. personnel acueillant L odeur très très forte de tabac dans tout l appartement, obligé d acheter des bougies désodorisantes pour l effacer un peu sans réussir complètement, .nos vetements sont tous à laver,( manteaux, pull etc etc) Pas de chauffage ou radiateur dans la chambre principale, nous étions obligé de la laisser ouverte pour avoir un peu de chaleur. Cuisine vieillotte avec la porte cassée du lave vaisselle

La décoration, l'espace habitable et les équipements On m'a annoncé que l'appartement avait une connexion internet, alors que non et en plus aucune assistance véritable, pas d'eau au bidet, un bruit nocif de sifflement dans la tuyauterie des installations sanitaires, impossible de communiquer avec les tenanciers, aucune assistance au départ, donc un peu abandonné à nous même.
