This large and bright flat located on the 6th floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 43 sq. m and includes :

L'appartement est assez vieillot ... Il manque des ustensiles dans la cuisine et pas de four ni lave vaisselle... Juste une plaque de cuisson et un micro onde...

We didnt know 7 arr of Lyon is recommended to avoid For tourists( just Google it) but we felt it ones we were there.The lock was broken and we couldnt get in( agent tried his best) about 1 hr.Then he advise is to use only second lock, considering dodgy location It wasnt very nice.They give us only 1 set of keys and tald that intercome is not working.Property has very old staff, almost nothing is really work their.I tald them we didnt like it and smiling they tald us we can leave( without any refund of course) I tald i will leave a fair review they tald they dont care.By ourself we found intercome wich was working.As we not always went out together and having one key it was really important for us .It was working, they just didnt know acsess details to the building.They problem is they really DONT CARE about the customers I contacted Welkeys and they refused to help with anything telling they are Sorry being not up to our high standard))) I travel a lot but that was worst experience ever.I highly recommend to avoid this property and agency.Its look a bit cheaper but considering location, no internet, washing mashin and all tecnic very old and in bad conditions its better to pay a little bit more and take a nice place

The flat lacked a bread knife and vegetable knives etc. The proper oven was unusable (indeed the fuse for it had in fact been flipped to the off position). A replacement for the integral microwave was at least on site but that is not much use for proper cooking. The washing machine was half full of water (going mouldy) and so as the days went on there was an odour which had to be got rid of by opening the kitchen balcony doors each morning and evening. There was a half loaf of bread embedded in ice in the freezer and the lower drawers were filthy. It didn't seem like access to the control for the main heater was possible, due to its cover being bent. All in all it felt like someone had quickly left during a refit as they needed to rent the place out to pay for the work being undertaken.

Before booking this appartment, it was written that there are washing machine and owen. That is true, they were out there, but they were broken. First minute in this apart. I began to check everything. The washing machine was full of water. The built-in owen was working, but sealed, I could not open it. I sent a message to manager, but his response was that those equipment was not on the list(?!). If it is not on the list, why is it out there in such condition? Just get rid of it, because you mislead others.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Innenstadt war günstig, ebenso der kurze Abstand zum Bahnhof Jean Macé von wo aus wir Ausflüge machten.
Der Kontakt zur Argentur war freundlich, die Absprachen im Bezug auf der Kaution jedoch undeutlich und umständlich.

Volets difficiles à fermer, laissant passer la lumière le matin, la baie du séjour pourrait être complétée d'un rideau pour y remédier...

Pensez bien à appuyer sur “ en savoir plus “ pour découvrir qu une arrivée après 21h vous coutera 22€ de plus et 44 € de plus après minuit ….
Nous avons aussi découvert à notre arrivée que le chauffage n était pas opérationnel . En plein mois de décembre …La personne qui nous a accueilli nous a dit : « il n a pas été révisé, il ne faut pas l utiliser » . Nous lui avons dit que c était scandaleux que l annonce de mentionne pas que le chauffage ne fonctionne pas . Réponse ubuesque : « si, il fonctionne, mais il vaut mieux ne pas l utiliser car il a pas été révisé » . Résultat nous nous sommes chauffés avec 2 chauffages électriques d appoint . 1 dans le séjour avec une soufflerie très bruyante et l autre dans la chambre , style grille pain, qui diffuse une lumière très forte et empêche de dormir …
La douche elle aussi laisse à désirer avec un pommeau usagé et une pression très faible .
Bref très déçus et indigne du prix demandé .

Cependant, on veut me faire payer un late check in de 44€ en consequence de cette arrivée tardive indépendante de ma volonté. J’aurai pu les payer mais je n’ai pas accepté les différents points que je vais énoncer qui m’ont scandalisé :
Nous sommes en décembre et le poêle est en révision, donc pas de chauffage. On me sort 2 chauffages d’appoint, l’un à la retraite(et ayant déjà bien rendu service), le deuxième à lumière vive, qui éclaire de jour en pleine nuit(donc je ne l’ai pas utilisé la nuit). Nous avons eu froid tout notre séjour
La ballon d’eau chaude pour trois personnes est dérisoire. 5mn de douche par personne top chrono avec de plus un pommeau qui est cassé(impossibilité de se laver les cheveux donc)
Des détritus devant l’ascenseur à côté de notre porte pendant tout notre séjour(le voisin), dont de la vitre cassée, que moi-même ou ma compagne avons enjambé à longueur de temps.
Je refuse donc de payer 44€ supplémentaires dans ces conditions

Toutefois, certains équipes sont à réparer et la propreté du balcon à revoir pour un séjour parfait. Checkout parfait mais checkin à revoir pour respecter les horaires donnés.

personnel acueillant
L odeur très très forte de tabac dans tout l appartement, obligé d acheter des bougies désodorisantes pour l effacer un peu sans réussir complètement, .nos vetements sont tous à laver,( manteaux, pull etc etc) Pas de chauffage ou radiateur dans la chambre principale, nous étions obligé de la laisser ouverte pour avoir un peu de chaleur. Cuisine vieillotte avec la porte cassée du lave vaisselle

On m'a annoncé que l'appartement avait une connexion internet, alors que non et en plus aucune assistance véritable, pas d'eau au bidet, un bruit nocif de sifflement dans la tuyauterie des installations sanitaires, impossible de communiquer avec les tenanciers, aucune assistance au départ, donc un peu abandonné à nous même.
