This refurbished and sunny studio, giving on a little street, is located on the ground floor without elevator, consists of a living space of 20 sq. m and includes :

Wie es Vorangekündet war, habe ich bei der Schlüsselübergabe eine Person erwartet. Nach ca. eine Stunde Wartezeit hat mir ein wildfremder Französischer Herr geholfen in die Wohnung zu kommen. Er hat zuerst mit Booking.com, Englisch, naher mit dem Vermieter Welkeys Französisch telefoniert. Der Wohnungsschlüssel war in der Nähe, beim Veloständer in einem Safe deponiert. Er hat mir den Code erkundigt, den Schüssel rausgenommen und die Wohnungstüre geöffnet.
Die Kontakt Telefonnummer von Welkeys war aus Paris angegeben. (Meine Unterkunft war in Lyon!)Unterwegs habe ich kein WLAN, deswegen lese ich keine E-Mails. Französisch kann ich nicht und ich spreche nur ein wenig Englisch.

parfois bruyant très tard le soir mais ça peut être occasionnel.
très peu voire pas de restaurants ouverts après 22H00 dans les alentours du studio.
manque quelques ustensiles si on veut se faire un petit quelque chose à cuisiner.
literie, prévoir changement couvre matelas car très taché.

Very convenient location. The apartment is located in the center of Lyon, close to public transport. You can get to anywhere in the city within 15 to 20 minutes.

1 matraquage par des emails 2 exiger un départ à 10 h du matin 3 entrée studio directement sur la rue . C est un couloir transformé en une pièce ce qui fait un espace médiocre 4 réservation sur booking puis relation avec une autre ste de gestion qui pose bcp de conditions hors sujet pour un voyageur . aucun confort , canapé lit qui fait bcp de bruit . Matelas non conforme pour le corps .

Literie inconfortable, matelas peu épais et bien fatigué, pour un lit convertible. la porte d'entrée non étanche faisant passer le jour et le froid, serrures peu rassurantes....présence de fourmis dans les placards et sol.

La raison est que la qualité de la literie n'est pas au rendez-vous. C'est un clic clac avec un matelas assez fin et mou et se réveiller tous les jours avec des maux de dos, nuque, et tête (alors que nous sommes en bonne santé de ce côté là). Et sur du long terme cet inconfort ne vaut pas la peine, même si c'est pour visiter cette magnifique ville qu'est Lyon avec ses habitants très très chaleureux !
Un autre détail nous a un peu dérangé, mais qui sur du court terme dépanne : nous aimons bien cuisiner mais la poêle collante qui attache le moindre aliment et nécessite des bras de Mr Propre juste pour la laver correctement ne nous a pas permis de faire les plats que nous souhaitions.
Encore une fois, si vous comptez rester juste quelque jours alors foncez ! Sinon je ne peux malheureusement pas conseiller...
Au final je mets quand même 4/5 malgré tout, car le studio était propre, bien situé et assez cozy :)
