DO NOT RENT THIS APPARTMENT!
We were 5 girls living in the appartment fra om june 26 to july 3. During our stay in the apartment we experienced repeatedly that the water and power were turned off. The landlord from Welkeys informed us that it was probably other residents in the building who turned this off, in other words we were harassed during our stay. We are left with a feeling that Welkeys as a landlord were aware of this problem, and are therefore shocked that they still choose to rent out this apartment. We felt in no way safe during our stay, and were naturally afraid that something would happen to us. We also spent 2 days getting electricity and water back in the apartment. We were refunded 75 euros, which we did not think was sufficient considering the time and effort we had to spend on this. When we demanded more money back, we did not receive an answer, even though we have repeatedly been trying to get in contact. We are disappointed and sorry that our holiday was marked by fear and insecurity.

No estaba muy limpio el baño ni la cocina y la regadera estaba tapada y se hinundaba el baño.
La comunicación muy rápida a través de msj de texto y muy atento.

La mancanza di bidet, la stanza del wc senza doccino per potersi lavare, le imposte delle finestre vecchie e rotte, i terrazzi sporchi, un interruttore della luce staccato dal muro con i fili scoperti. La pulizia in generale. I cuscini del letto puzzavano.
