The space

This cosy and modern apartment with AC, at the heart of the pedestrian area and close to the Promenade des Anglais, is ideal for 3 people. Very calm but close to all amenities, it is located’ just nearby all centers of interest and will allow you to discover the lovely city of Nice by foot.

The 15 sq. m apartment situated on the 2nd floor with elevator, benefits from a cosy and careful decoration and is composed of :
- a pleasant and bright living space with a double sofa-bed and single sofa-bed,
- an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and hotplates,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
- TV, Wifi and A/C.

The neighborhood

Very close from the Promenade des Anglais and at the heart of the pedestrian area, you are at the best place to discover Nice ! You will be just nearby the the beach and all the shops. A lot of bars and restaurants will seduce you all around the flat. You will also be able to go to the Place Masséna or to the Old City in 5 min, and it will just take you 20 min by walk to reach the Fine-Arts Museum.

• 12 min by foot from Nice-Ville station
• 25 min by transport from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and 15 min by car
