The space
Located in Villeneuve-Loubet Plage, 7 min away from the sea and 10 min from the port, this flat with a beautiful terrace can accommodate 4 people. Close to shops and transports, this design and air-conditioned accommodation is perfect to have a break and enjoy the sun.
This large flat is situated on the 5th and last floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 68 sq. m and includes :
- a bright and wide living room,
- a sunny 50 sq. m terrace with a view on the sea and the mountains,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a separate well-equipped kitchen : kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, washing machine, dryer, baby bed and high chair,
- TV, DVD player, WIFI, air conditioning and fan,
- an access to the residence private parking.

At the heart of Villeneuve-Loubet Plage, you will be at the best place to enjoy the French Riviera. 7 min away by foot from the beach, 10 min from the port and close to all shops, you will also be close to Marineland, French Riviera Horsetrack or the very nice Vaugrenier Natural Park. You will also easily travel along the French Riviera and discover all its treasures : Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes…

From Villeneuve-Loubet train station → 20 min by foot or 5 min by car

Dommage dans l annonce lave vaisselle mais qui ne fonctionne pas ,siège linge qui ne fonctionne pas non plus et pas de chauffage dans la pièce de vie ,seulement dans les chambres des climatisations mais qui ne sont pas nécessaires pour dormir serait plus bénéfique et agréable dans la jolie pièce de vie !
Un rideau de douche et une barre de douche serait apprécié !
Malgres ses point négatifs nous avons passés un bon séjour et recommandons tous de même cette jolie appartement à la vue et l espace exceptionnel.

The only negative thing i have to say is that our host didn’t respond to some odf my questions during our stay regarding where we should throw our trash away and also about our little accident. Someone crashed our car at the parking lot, it wasn’t all too bad but of course not something you look forward to during your vacation. So I kindly asked if there were any cameras on the parking lot so we could try to find out who it was but I didn’t get a response…

Aucun accueil humain... Nous découvrons un appartement salle et mal entretenu. En effet, mise a part la forte odeur de produit nettoyant dans les toilettes, le ménage n'a pas été fait, prise éléctrique arrachée, lit parapluie défectueux, ampoule cassée et j'en passe.... Même après signalement auprès des responsables aucune mesure n'a été prise pour rectifier la situation...

We hebben €22,00 moeten betalen voor een late check-inn. Dan zou je verwachten dat iemand je staat op te wachten, maar de sleutel moest je zelf ophalen in een locker die was bevestigd aan een heg bij een appartement aan de overkant van ons appartementencomplex. Kregen vantevoren een onduidelijk filmpje met een soort locker, zonder dat er erbij vermeld werd dat het appartement zich aan de overkant bevond. Heel onduidelijk! Ik begrijp niet waarom we €22,00 moeten betalen als je zelf de sleutel moet zoeken en jezelf moet binnenlaten.
De WIFI is zeer instabiel en niet meer van deze tijd.

Am etzten Tag entdeckten wir das verschmutzte Kopfkissen. Haben auch gleich reklamiert. Erhielten eine Antwort, der Vermieter wird informiert, da dieser die Kissen mit Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stellt. Wir finden nur, dass bereits beim beziehen der Kissen darauf geachtet werden kann.

Der Parkplatz ist groß genug und sicher (das Gelände ist geschlossen). Dazu gibt es auf dem Gelände einen großen Park.
Die Toilette ist separat und ohne Waschbecken.

Er was alleen een bad en geen douche... Wel een sproeikop in bad gelukkig. Maar geen douchegordijn.

Die Wohnung ist groß, ja. Sie hat einen großen "privaten" Parkplatz, auf den man nur kommt, wenn man Mieter des Hauses/der Häuser ist/sind. WIr reden hier aber von mindestens 10 Hochhäusern mit unendlich vielen Parteien. Bein Ankunft haben wir die Schlüsselbox schnell gefunden, das richtige der 10 Häuser zu finden hat dann allerdings einen Moment gedauert.
Als wir in der Wohnung ankamen, hat uns an einer der großen Terrassentüren an der Wand eine große Ameisenstraße erwartet. Sie verschwanden dann recht schnell wieder.
Die Badewanne hat keinen Duschvorhang und keine Halterung für den Duschkopf, sodass man sitzend, mit einer Hand die Dusche haltend sich waschen muss.
Die Ameisen fanden sich dann auch im Bad und in den Schlafzimmern wieder.
Es heißt es gibt Shampoo und Seife....wir waren für 2 Nächte dort und hatten für uns als 4-köpfige Familie eine 25ml Tube Shampoo und eine 25ml Tube Duschbad. Seife war keine vorhaben.
In der Küche gab es genau 1 Geschirrhandtuch, kein Lappen oder sonstiges.
Wenn es also heißt, die Wohnung sei voll ausgestattet stimmt das nur bedingt. Wir mussten einige Dinge zukaufen.
Zur Lage: Ja, man ist in 7 Minuten am Strand. Ja, man hat einen Ausblick. Was man allerdings auch hat sind die Gleise hinterm Haus und die nahe gelegene Autobahn. Man hört ein ständiges Rauschen und die Züge, Güterverkehr und S-Bahn fahren auch ständig, sodass es nicht wirklich ruhig ist.
Wir waren nur "auf Durchreise"...aber als wir weitergefahren sind und mir eine weitere Welkeys Wohnung in einem anderen Ort angeboten wurde, habe ich mir die Wohnung nicht einmal angeschaut, weil ich wusste, Bilder und Beschreibung werden nicht mit der Realität zusammenpassen.
Egal wie schön groß die Wohnung ist, manchmal kann sowas eben auch täuschen.

- the apartment: 2 bedrooms; kitchen, wide dinining room, spacious terrace; sea view; 5th floor, very quiet
Bad things:
- some tools in the kitchen were not propertly clean
- bathtub without a tent (it was extremely difficult to have a shower without spreading water outside)
