This design and character flat on the 3th floor without elevator consists of a living space of 48 sq.m designed by an architect with high-quality materials. On the courtyard, very calm, non overlooked and with a view on Toulouse roofs, it includes :
- a large and cozy living and dining space,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with Italian shower,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment and fan.
- TV and Wi-Fi.
- A baby-bed is available (5€/night).

The neighborhood

The flat is located at the heart of Toulouse, just nearby Capitole Square, in a shopping street. You will easily access to all shops and commodities, including a bakery at the foot of the building. All sites of interests will be accessible by foot or thanks to the transports located nearby. Furthermore, you will be also very close to several graduate schools (Fermat, Arsenal and Fine-Arts). At last, you will have the choice between numerous bars and restaurants, we recommend you Ma Biche sur Le Toit restaurant, by Chef Michel Sarran, or Bibent restaurant.
