Its location was excellent with the tram right outside restaurants and the beach nearby.

There was an extreme ant infestation in the property, we didn’t notice so much the first day but after a few days the problem got really bad and the ants were everywhere and we had to hoover them up. We informed the property but they were very unhelpful and did not offer any compensation or help to deal with the issue. No washing machine or oven and microwave was dirty.

This property is by far the worst I've stayed in. I was charged €22 for check in, presumably because my flight landed late, but no one was there to check me in. The flat number was also not included so I had to call a phone number at midnight or so to get that information. The studio is in really poor condition with plugs hanging out of walls and the AC gives a really weak trickle of cold air. When it's nearly 30 degrees outside it makes it really hard to get to sleep.
Plus there was no washing up liquid, shower gel or even a few basics in the kitchen. Despite charging me €70 as a cleaning fee I was told to empty the bins, wash up and make sure the property was left in a good condition. It's hard to convey how bad this property is and the "service" that comes with it.

Getting inside the building was terrible. First we got the code to the building. Later we figured out it was code to the elevator inside the building so we couldn’t get inside. Then the owner or someone we called told us we have to wait for another message with instructions. Ended up going around looking for the box with hidden key.
Why couldn’t they just send all of these instructions and codes before our arrival? I don’t know.
Also we booked a room for 3 people. There were only 2 beds at this place so one of us had to sleep basically on the floor - there was a mattress under one bed.

Это было одно из самых плохих бронирований на букинге в моей жизни. Начнем с того, что я бронировал студию для себя с женой, то есть нас двое. А спальные места в этой студии оказались - две разных одноместных кровати, которые стоят углом. Матрасы на этих кроватях очень изношенные, они вообще не пригодны для сна. И постельное белье (простынь и пододеяльник) нам оставили только для одного человека. Поэтому нам пришлось ютиться на одноместном продавленном диване, на котором мы не помещались, поэтому спина жутко болела и руки постоянно затекали. Угол простыни был испачкан в пыль, потому что она она лежала под кроватью, где очень грязно. Также пледом мы не могли укрываться, потому что он был грязным, на нем были чьи-то волосы, кажется, что его вообще никогда не стирали. Решетка вентиляции была в толстом слое пыли, поэтому людям с аллергией не подходит этот вариант размещения.
Когда мы заселились у видели что у нас только одно неудобное спальное место на двоих и что был слой пыли на решетке вентиляции, мы начали писать и звонить в службу поддержки букинг, но нас все время просили подождать 24 часа для решения проблемы. Так и прошло наше проживание там 9 ночей, которые каждый день нас кормили обещаниями исправить это, но вообще ничего так и не исправили. Объект размещения вернул нам смешные 25 евро, как компенсацию за причинные неудобства. Хотя наш отдых был испорчен. Это было глупо компенсировать такую мелочь, и не пытаться ничего исправить.
Так же при бронировании на букинге, в условиях бронирования было написано, что нужно будет оставить депозит наличными при заселении, но хозяин квартиры писал и настаивал, чтобы депозит я оплатил картой заранее на каком-то постороннем их сайте, иначе они не гарантируют моего заселения, не смотря на том, что арендную плату я оплатил сразу в момент бронирования. Это выглядело мошейнически, поэтому я решал заранее этот вопрос со службой поддержки букинг и не стал оплачивать заранее. Служба поддержки мне помогла в этом.

Retragere bani din cont la completarea obligatorie a unui formular trimis de ei (swikly) altfel nu îți primești cheia. bani care nu trebuiau să îi retraga și nu știau nici ei pt ce mi i-au retras (15 euro). Asta aflând când eram în aeroportul de plecare. După preluare cheie a venit gazda nervoasa sa ia cheia că nu s-a finalizat procesul acela de pe swikly despre care nu s-a specificat nicăieri, că ajungând să spună că "no problem, no?!". Un haos de nedescris. Cearceafuri patate urat (nu pui așa ceva pe pat daca nu iasă la spălat), hârtie baie insuficienta, pt spălat vase nu era nimic, ne-am achiziționat noi (daca pui la dispoziție bucătărie, asiguri și cu ce sa-si spele). La checkin și checkout de pe swikly erai obligat să atașezi poze și nu mergeau mereu fiind prea mari. De asemenea la checkout mi s-a trimis email, mesaj pe WhatsApp și mesaj pe telefon. Ca și turist, după ce ți-ai achitat cazarea in avans, te aștepți când ajungi să primești cheia și să te bucuri de vacanță, nu să ai cele enumerate mai sus. Sau și dacă apar probleme, gazda sa le rezolve. In concluzie nu as recomanda aceasta cazare și pt cum arată și pt gazda. Plus pt ce sa ceri garanție la așa "coteț", daca era ceva Penthouse de 5 stele.

The complicated system of getting access to the apartment. In order to get access, you need very special instructions, videos, and codes. First you have to look for a combo key holder on a random street corner, then you need to use the fob part for the front door which is also hard to find, then you have two additional doors then an, additional access code to use the elevator. Once on the 5th floor you run into a strange neighbor going in and out from two different apartments right next to the door which confused me for a rude receptionists as she's the only person I saw.
The apartment is more like a living room w a balcony and bathroom with a broken shower head holder. Please inspect properly next time. The beds were very uncomfortable saggy couches instead of beds, we almost didn't sleep at all. They also asked me to pay a deposit and have an additional fee on a separate website unknown to us, which made it seem shady.
Our paid two night stay was shortened to only one night due to a cancellation and then being diverted the next day to Marseilles by our airlines. We asked for some compensation but they had no reply and simply ignored our difficulty in reaching the apartment as they said it's "normal" for one to have to have your flight cancelled one day, then diverted the next day and have to travel from Marseilles to Nice for an additional 5hours. We Finally arrived to the apartment near to midnight on our second and last day and of course no partial compensation for our booking even tho we were there for only 8 hours (perhaps offering a late checkout or something would have been hospitable). I filled out their additional forms on their company website for no additional good reason. I was able to communicate via WhatsApp directly but they simply showed no courtesy or sympathy. It felt as if we had booked with a multinational corporation instead via booking.

Nous sommes arrivés tard avec mon mari et notre fille de 6 ans. La seule raison pour laquelle nous avons dormi dans cet appartement immonde est que nous n'avons pas réussi à trouver d'hôtel, à un prix raisonnable et aussi tardivement. Nous avons quitté l'appartement le lendemain matin et la propriétaire nous ignore, depuis samedi (on est lundi soir) parce qu'elle refuse de nous rembourser. Nous avons passé la première partie de notre week-end à chercher un autre lieu pour séjourner à Nice (bcp de logement était déjà réservés ou très chers) et à être enervé parce que la propriétaire ne répondait pas à notre demande de remboursement.
