This charming and bright accommodation consists of a living space of 75 sq. m, is located on the 4th floor with elevator of a nice building and is composed of :

Very close to central station and walking distance to old part of town and promenade. Bathroom light did not work, washing machine did not work and there was a smell throughout the apartment. Bedroom with two single beds are more appropriate for children.

Die Wohnung entspricht null den Fotos,die hier zu sehen sind.Alles war kaputt:Türklinke,Toilettenpapier-Halter und Toilettendeckel haben komplett gefehlt,auf allen Möbelstücken und Tischen und Boden waren Flecken,es war so staubig,dass mein Freund Allergiker einfach einen Anfall hatte,es hat überall nach Kanalisation gerochen,Geschirr und Decken haben gefehlt.Der lokale Agent hat kein Englisch gesprochen und versucht,uns schuldig zu machen.Finger weg von der Wohnung.Sie haben sogar nach 1 Nacht die Aufräumen-Gebühr genommen und für die eine Nacht,wo wir einfach nicht schlafen konnten.Keiner hat geholfen.Wir haben gefragt,ob sie alles aufräumen und kaputte Sachen reparieren und weil 3 Tage von 9 vorbei wären,eine Erstattung sowie Aufräumen-Gebühr zurückbekommen,da es einfach nicht der Summer entsprach,die wir dafür bezahlt haben.Sie haben das Angebot nicht angenommen.Wir mussten noch mehr für eine andere Wohnung bezahlen und nach 2 Tagen umziehen. So verloren wir 3 Tage unseren Urlaubs.

Close to city centre, otherwise nothing to cheer for Bad staff!, we left everything in the same conditions as when we arrived. Days after arriving home, they charged us a deposit for a broken shower, which was left in perfect condition, these guys charged extra 300€ no matter how you leave the apartment, scammers!

The place itself is nice. It is very big and bright. It was good to have a separate bedroom with a cot provided. Very well located to the main shopping street and an easy walk to the old town and seafront. There are a few nice bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.
However, when we arrived, it was quite dirty. There were what looked like red jam stains on the dining room table which we had to clean off ourselves. The floors were incredibly dusty and dirty. Your feet or socks would be black after a few hours walking in the flat. They also didn't put a duvet cover on the duvet, instead just sandwiching it between two sheets, which got pulled off or tangled easily when we slept.
The toilet seat was broken, as were the shutters in the main bedroom.
Finally there were no kitchen essentials at all. No washing up liquid, bin bags, oil, salt, pepper. Even though this was advertised as included.
All in all, a nice place to stay but really let down by the poor upkeep and cleanliness

Appartement très bien situé, a proximité de la gare, des commerces avec les nuisances qui vont avec... Le garage est un plus indispensable car le stationnement est payant et quasi impossible la rue. L'accès à ce dernier n'est pas très aisé et la serrure de la porte du garage semble ne pas fonctionner.

the location was good, and it had two bedrooms. The property manager gave incorrect information about check-in and so we were forced to wait in the street for over a hour before the keys were delivered. When we entered the apartment the toilet did not work. The property manager said they could get a plumber there the next day. As it was late in the evening and we were very tired and frustrated we reluctantly stayed the night rather than searching for alternative accommodation. The property manager arranged for a plumber to arrive at 9am but this did not happen. We were then told at 10am that the plumber was on their way and would be there at 1030. After 1030 we were told that the plumber could not come until the afternoon between 3-5pm. The property manager expected us to continue to be waiting but we refused and said they must attend to it. Also, a previous clients travel documents had been left lying around - we told the property manager about this. We had been disrespected and deliberately lied to. This is unacceptable and Booking.com should not associate with Welkeys.

no volvería a este lugar ,nunca he dejado un mal comentario en una lugar pero este sitio no fue acogedor, tiene varios defectos que se puden solucionar pero la comunicación para las soluciones es pésima , no le prestamos la atención necesaria a sus huéspedes , las cobijas de las camas sucias, las sábanas y almohadas no parecías limpias ,tenían olor a mugre .

L’appartement est plus grand que ce que qu’on peut imaginer sur les photos, ça sera mon seul commentaire positif.
A notre arrivé nous avons attendu 30min en bas de l’immeuble que la personne chargée de venir nous apporter les clés arrive, je suis enceinte et attendre debout autant de temps au soleil c’était pas agréable… surtout après un vol et 30min de tram pour arriver à la location…
Nous avons trouvé un Appart vraiment pas propre, les frais de ménages sont excessifs au vu de l’état général…. L’aspirateur aspire rien, l’étendoir à linge est cassé, une chaise de jardin est cassée aussi et n’a pas été mise sur le côté pour éviter que quelqu’un se fasse mal… au delà du fait que la déco est vraiment vieillotte nous avons été déçu de constater que le strict minimum pour vivre n’est pas là à part du PQ et du liquide vaisselle… un conseil n’arrivez pas en soirée car vous n’aurez même pas de café pour demain matin.
Bref un peu déçue, j’ai déjà eu de meilleures prestations sur Nice.

The location is great: a mere 5 min walk to Nice's main station, which makes day trips to nearby places (like Monaco) quite convenient. The apartament is very old, and is in dire need of an urgent renovation. Basic ammenities (such as some soap for making the dishes) were not even provided. Free parking is possible on site, but the parking spot is small, and located in an underground floor where it is difficult to manoeuvre the car.
Overall, no value for money.

Le logement est bien situé, il est grand et lumineux. Le garage est un plus quand on a sa voiture, le stationnement est compliqué dans le centre-ville de Nice. Le tram est à proximité et la promenade des anglais est à 15/20 minutes à pieds. La personne qui nous a accueillies a été très gentille et a pris le temps pour nous montrer le logement.
En revanche, il y a des points négatifs à noter et qui mériteraient vraiment d’être améliorés: la porte du garage était cassée lors de notre séjour donc impossible à fermer, la porte fenêtre qui donne sur le salon est difficile à ouvrir, il n’y avait qu’une mini fiole de shampoing et 2 minis fioles de gel douche ce qui est assez limite pour un séjour de 6 jours pour 3 personnes. Dans la cuisine pas de produit pour faire la vaisselle à la main ni pour le lave vaisselle d’ailleurs, ce dernier n’était pas vidé lors de notre arrivée, la bouilloire mériterait un bon détartrage et il n’y a pas de condiment, donc pensez à prévoir sel/poivre/huile. Il n’y a pas de poêle, uniquement des casseroles. Le volet de la chambre enfant ne se baisse pas.
En conclusion l’appartement a clairement du potentiel mais il faut revoir/arranger toutes ces petites choses qui s’accumulent trop.
