The neighborhood
This very large villa located on the heights of Nice benefits from a perfect location to discover the city while staying in a calm area. Everything you need for a perfect stay will be around the building. Transports will drive you everywhere easily, and will allow you to access to the beach or the Promenade des Anglais, the city center as well as the Old City, and all the others activities of Nice (museums, restaurants…)

- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
The owner may reserve his right to access his office, located in the garage, in case of exceptional need, after having informed the guest and without troubling him.
