Located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a secure residence, this bright and beautiful apartment of 31 sq. m is composed of:
- a pleasant and sunny terrace,
- a cozy, bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hotplates, fridge),

- AC, TV and Wi-Fi,
- an underground parking spot.

The neighborhood

Situated close to the city center, this apartment will allow you to explore the city of Avignon and its activities in a blink of an eye (20 min on foot). You will find the famous gothic fortress of the Popes' Palace, the green park on the heights of the Rocher des Doms, the open-air museum of Avignon City Walls, the covered market of Les Halles d'Avignon, not forgetting the many restaurants, stores and cinemas of the city. And of course, you will find the famous Avignon Bridge just a 30-minute walk away; maybe you’ll feel like dancing there, just like in the nursery rhyme “Sur le Pont d’Avignon.”
