Named the CasaSola, this bright and beautiful space of 55 sq. m is a charming renovated two-bedroom apartment. Situated under the roof on the 3rd floor of a secure residence without elevator and with a superb view of the boats, the accommodation includes:
- a beautiful, bright and comfortable living room,
- a charming bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed (both 160cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
- TV, game console and stereo system.

Please note that the stairs in the building are steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

A 10-min walk away, you will be able to visit the museums dedicated to the composer Erik Satie and the painter Eugène Boudin, natives of the city. And if you feel like it, the Naturospace zoo is 15 min away. Don't miss the charming Personalities' Garden about twenty minutes away, where garden boats honor the personalities associated with the city!
