In a lush green setting near Bercy and the Bois de Vincennes, close to stores and public transport (just 10 min from the metro line 1), this apartment will be perfect for visiting the Paris region serenely.
Situated on the 2nd floor of a small, quiet and secure residence (no elevator), this bright and beautiful apartment consists of a living space of 40 sq. m. Modernly decorated with glass walls and charming bricks, this renovated one-bedroom includes:
- an elegant living room,
- a bright and charming bedroom of 15 sq. m with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a fully equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- a bathroom with bathtub-shower,

To protect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, a Roomonitor box has been installed in the flat to report unusual noise levels from 10pm and cigarette smoke. This simply detects variations in sound, while respecting your privacy.

J'ai dû attendre plus d'une 1h30 pour accéder à l'appartement. Malgré plusieurs appels (dont un la veille de mon arrivée) le concierge Welkeys ne s'est pas présenté à l'heure. A chaque appel on m'a informé que Maya, puis Yann devaient arriver. Finalement c'est Hacene qui s'est présenté, il n'a pas pu ouvrir l'appartement, les clefs ne correspondaient pas car les serrures avaient été changées et il n'était pas au courant !!
Autres points importants :
- Très faible éclairage de l'appartement
- La plupart des rangements sont inaccessibles (fermeture avec cadenas)
- 2eme étage sans ascenseur (A signaler dans les caractéristiques de l'appartement)
Quelques améliorations souhaitables :
- Tapis de douche
- Quelques capsules pour un café à l'arrivée
- Quelques sacs poubelles, savon liquide pour vaisselle ...

Autobus 86 vicino a casa, mentre per la metro ci vogliono circa 20 minuti a piedi.
Il bagno è veramente piccolissimo e non c’è una tavola dove mangiare tutti insieme, c’è un piccolo bancone, ma in quattro è poco usabile.
Ci hanno gentilmente spostato di tre giorni la prenotazione senza problemi (con certificato medico).

I would not recommend this listing. The apartment was unclean, with mold in the bathroom and a foul odor coming from the fridge due to previous tenants leaving bloody meat inside, which also attracted flies. There was hair scattered throughout the space, and most of the amenities weren’t clean. Additionally, most of the cabinets in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were either labeled ‘private’ or had locks on them, which made the space feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When we informed the host, they said the cleaning service was unavailable until the morning. However, when they arrived, they only cleaned the fridge and left the rest of the apartment untouched. You could also clearly hear neighbors talking, and the heater barely worked, making the stay even more uncomfortable.

emplacement au coeur de St-Mandé, parfaitement situé pour mon stage parisien. à deux pas de la ligne de bus et 500 m du métro, ligne 1. tout commerce à proximité. rue et appartement très calme. deux pièces très clair, tout confort.

On m a menti dans un message du 17 avril dans lequel je demandais s il y avait une clim.on m avait dit que oui. Et en fait, le concierge virtuel que je n ai jamais vu, ni à mon arrivée ni à mon départ, m a précisé le jour j par SMS que le logement ne possédait pas de clim.la clim est indispensable pour moi.je suis furieux.
Pour être arrivé à 21h15, on vous facture 22 euros d enregistrement tardif alors que le concierge ne se déplace même pas.il vous appelle deux minutes à votre arrivée en vous donnant le code de la keybox et le code de l entrée principal.merci au revoir. Une belle arnaque.
Un freezer, ça se dégivre de temps en temps.
Propreté douteuse du drap qui recouvre le canapé.
Niveau qualité prix, je déconseille fortement.

Ήταν ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο το Παρισιού και πολύ κοντά στην γραμμή 1 που βολεύει για να επισκεφτείς τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολυ φιλικός και πάντα στη διάθεση μας. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά αν επισκεπτόμουν το Παρίσι.

I thought being slightly outside of the Paris perimeter would take a long time to get places, but since this was a 12 minute walk from the yellow metro line, it only took 30-40 minutes to get to the center which was great. Nearly everywhere we went was on the yellow line, so it was quite convenient. Nice neighborhood, quiet, felt safe, well connected with a very close bus stop two minutes away too. Apartment was nice, clean and i wasn't expecting the living room where the sofabed was to have a door, so it felt like a closed bedroom other than where the counter was that you could see into the kitchen so it wasn't a completely closed room. I would stay again.
A few weeks before check in I messaged Wellkeys to ask about the bedding because I have a feather/wool allergy, their reply was "Sorry we don't have this information." This did not please me and I asked again and got no answer through booking.com messages. I received a (probably automated) message a few days later by email about check in info which stated to let them know if I had any questions, so I replied to this with my same bedding questions and then I was referred to the host of the apartment who did check for me. In the end it was alright, but I shouldn't have had to ask twice and them saying "I don't know" is not an acceptable answer about something as basic as what the bedding is made of.

La llegada fue difícil, llegamos algo tarde y no encontramos a nadie en la propiedad, mi celular no se podía conectar al 5G francés.
Gracias a la buena onda de una vecina que llamó a Airb&b pudimos acceder a la propiedad 90 minutos más tarde con 0 grados de temperatura.
Después de este mal rato las cosas fueron mejorando.

Le logement était agréable à vivre, l’espace était suffisant pour accueillir quatre personnes et la cuisine possédée des équipements suffisants.
Le premier jour où nous sommes arrivés il n’y avais pas d’eau chaude, nous avons tenté de joindre le service ainsi que le concierge sans réponse. Le service nous a répondu le lendemain en nous disant qu’ils allaient réglé le problème mais sans suite, bien qu’il y avais un petit livret à notre disposition nous expliquant le fonctionnement de l’appartement il n’y avait rien concernant le chauffe eau qu’ils nous étaient interdit de toucher.

L’appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare Parigi. A 10 minuti dalla metropolitana di Saint Mandé sulla linea 1 a pochi minuti di metropolitana dalla Gare de Lyon. il quartiere é tranquillo e ben servito con ristoranti e supermercati vicini. L’appartamento è funzionale, ma è da tenere presente che il divano letto è ok per 2 bambini/ragazzi ma non va bene per 2 adulti. Andrebbe anche migliorata un po’ la pulizia e qualche servizio, quando siamo arrivati mancavano una federa su un cuscino e la carta igienica oltre al detersivo per lavare i piatti/cucina. Anche il Il bagno è piccolo e andrebbe sistemata la vaschetta del water perché continua a caricare acqua ed è rumorosa. Noi per evitare il rumore e lo spreco chiudevamo l’acqua. Complessivamente comunque c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Pre communication was good, check in was easy, location in a good area with shops and restaurants around. Parking only in the morning easy, otherwise it needs some time to find a car slot somewhere.

We had to remove the beddings and towels from the former people and thus had a mountain of used laundry. We got beddings only for 2, not 4 people. I asked for a partial refund due to the circumstances, but it was rejected. This is not premium service compared to the advertisement for the appartment.

I was practically harassed by this company to give my information and payments, multiple weeks before reservation and I totally complied. When day of check in arrived, welkey was non responsive and very rude. I had arrived early and requested check in at that time, which was denied and I was sent an email stating check in was at 3pm. Waiting was not a problem and I arrived at 3 pm, in the rain, where I was told someone would be there. 3:10, 3:30, 3:40- no response back? It wasn’t till I called VRBO that I received a call from the host and he told me- he could have got me in early and that the key to apartment was under the mat of the front door, he gave me access code and I went to front door- no key? Someone opened the door and it was the cleaning service stating room was not ready? Then I called welkey to get refund , and they would not grant one and I was told that it wasn’t their fault as they had 200 apartments to deal with??? I then walked across the city, in the rain, to get a hotel. Shame on Welkey and shame on VRBO for not standing up for their customers- it clearly states that they give a “book with confidence guarantee” and that is not what they did. I would highly suggest not going thru Welkey group if you can.

Super-emplacement, petit appartement très fonctionnel. Tout y est. Du café, au lave-linge, le four, l'accès internet, les chaînes de TV. Petit espace pour travailler, belle luminosité, très bien pensé.

Appartement conforme á la description, emplacement super , proche commerces , bois de vincennes et aux portes de Paris. En revanche il manquait quelques détails qui auraient pu mieux nous satisfaire pendant le séjour : savon pour le lave vaisselle, sopalin, quelques condiments pour la cuisine (huile, sucre, de quoi cuisiner un minimum pour nous éviter d´acheter). La box de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et le salon était un peu sombre en soirée avec l'éclairage tamisé. Un départ demandé à 10h est un peu tot pour nous... Néanmoins c´est un appartement cozy très bien placé idéal pour visiter les alentours et la capitale pour un week end.

We had to wait outside of the appartment in the cold for almost one hour for the host to give us information about the key, our check in time is 16:30 and i even called them 4 hours before to inform them that we will arrive on time, still we have to wait.
more worse is they just told us to wait, and when i ask how long we have to wait they didnt answer me, after that i tried to call them few times because we have been waiting for so long and its cold outside but they didnt pick up my phone

I would recommend this appartement, very lovely. wifi was good and allowed 2 persons to work remotely simultaneously.

The apartment is spacious & has all the amenities you need specially the the nice kitchen size & equipment with respect to other similar apartment category. Also the location and the community is phenomenal with respect to other parts of Paris.

The location is superb and the apartment size is bigger than most of the city equivalent apartments. I also liked the kitchen in terms of size and equipment.

Sinon l'appartement est joli. Très bon accueil
Beaucoup de bruit des voisin (bruits de pas meubles que l'on déplacent etc) pas d'ascenseur au 2eme étage ça peut être compliqué poussette etc ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Le four était sale,l'aspirateur pas vidé et pas chargé, le canapé pas très confortable et pas de capsules de café offerts contrairement à mes autres locations.

L’appartement est trop petit pour une famille avec deux enfants.
