The space

This peaceful and modern one-bedroom located 300 m from the Halles d’Arcachon and 500 m from the train station can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to the beach and the Thiers pier, from where the shuttles for the Cap Ferret and the tour of the Ile aux Oiseaux (Bird Island) depart, you will have an ultra-central location close to all amenities that will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay in the town of Arcachon. Note : the street isn't reachable by car until the end of June 2023.

This peaceful apartment with triple glazing and all the mod cons, is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of the prestigious and secure Point France residence, in first line. Benefiting from a south-facing terrace, this bright and fully renovated space of 45 sq. m includes:
- 12 sq. m of spacious terrace, facing south,

- a luminous bedroom with a double bed and a glass wall,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower,

The neighborhood

Located in the heart of the hyper-center and 500 m from the train station, you will not lack anything to enjoy a beautiful stay in Arcachon. In addition to being within walking distance of the beach as well as the city’s cultural and event centers (including the casino, the theater and the museum), you will be close to all amenities as well as stores, restaurants and public transport. You will also be a 10-min walk away from the Ville d’Hiver (Winter Town), where you will be able to walk around the pretty streets of Arcachon and explore the wonders of the city, including the Parc Mauresque (Moorish Park), the Sainte-Cecile observatory or the various villas. Lastly, don’t hesitate to visit the Cabanes Tchanquées (huts on stilts) of the Île aux Oiseaux (Bird Island) or go to the Dune of Pilat!
