Situated on the 2nd floor of a secure Nice building without elevator, this bright and peaceful studio of 18 sq. m includes:
- a bright living space,
- a mezzanine sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- an equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine and fan.

The neighborhood

Just a stone’s throw from the Alsace-Lorraine garden, this accommodation will grant you easy access to the city on foot or by public transport. In addition to the restaurants, bars, stores in the neighborhood, you will be an 8-min walk away from the beaches as well as the Carré d’Or district. If you wish to enjoy nautical activities, the Port of Nice is only 12 minutes away by bike. For a bit of cultural activities, the Masséna Museum will be just a 5-min walk away and the Fine Arts Museum of Nice, with its park and typical Nice architecture, at 10 min by public transport. Lastly, if you wish to enjoy an aperitif with a unique view of Nice, try the Farago on the Roof restaurant!
