Located near Nice’s train station and a 10-min walk from the prestigious Negresco, close to the beach, public transport and stores of the city, this apartment will be ideal to enjoy a pleasant stay in Nice.

Situated on the 5th floor of a secure Nice building with elevator, this bright apartment with all the mod cons consists of a living space of 42 sq. m and includes:

Just a few steps from the Alsace-Lorraine garden in the Musicians quarter, this accommodation will grant you easy access to the city on foot or by public transport. In addition to the restaurants, bars, stores in the neighborhood, you will be a 10-min walk away from the beaches as well as the Avenue Jean Médecin, where you will find the Nicétoile shopping center. If you wish to enjoy nautical activities, the Port of Nice is 15 minutes away by bike. For a bit of cultural activities, the Masséna Museum will be just an 8-min walk away and the Fine Arts Museum of Nice, with its park and typical Nice architecture, at 10 min by public transport.

Es una tortura enfrentar incomodidades. El edificio es muy muy muy viejo. El elevador parece que se caerá. Nada funciona. Este en el quinto piso. Solo cabe una persona en el elevador. En el interior ninguna puerta cierra ni del baño ni de las recamaras. Está sucio. No hay agua potable. Los calentadores no sirven. Busquen otras opciones.

Location is great and overall the facilities were ok
Cleanliness wasn’t great since I arrived (stains on the table and some of the shelves). The bed was made but only with a sheet (there was no duvet or duvet cover). Some of the apartment furniture and facilities are a bit damaged and old and the lift isn’t very practical. Appart from that, the location was very good

Szuper szàllás, remek helyen! Kicsit kopottak màr a lakás egyes részei, de annyira jó hangulatú, jól felszerelt, hogy csak ajánlani tudom. A lépcsőhàz, meg a lift, külön hozzáad a hangulathoz.:) A panoràma pazar, csendes lokàció, 2-3 bolt is 5 perces séta távolságra.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, 10min vom Bahnhof und 15min zum Strand, 2min zum Supermarkt!
Balkon super, angenehmes Quartier
Klimaanlage funktioniert gut
Wohnung war sauber, ABER ein Bett hatte noch dreckige Lacken MIT einer Zigarette!!
Die Badezimmertür kann nicht von Innen geöffnet werden!!
Keine gute Küchenausstattung

The accommodation promises that someone will be waiting and hand over the key. no one was waiting, we watched a video instead, that's how we had to find the key. the elevator is dangerous, we went up 5 floors on foot. One of the beds was not prepared, 2 pillows had used pillowcases from the previous resident! The air conditioner only worked in the living room, but only barely, in the other room it was hellishly hot. The accommodation asks us to wash the dishes, but there is no sponge, and to throw out the trash, but it doesn't tell us where.

The property is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and old town. It comes equipped with numerous amenities, including a coffee machine, washing machine, and smart oven hob.
The property lacks blinds in the lounge area, making it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed.

The only reasonable things about this apartment was its location and plenty of towels
It was filthy, had to wash pots, plates and other utensils before using. The cups unusable as couldn't be cleaned. Broken furniture. Some disgusting ???chewing gum on inside handle of toilet door. Door handle broken on bathroom door (couldn't be closed). The whole experience was awful. Only communications was by messenger refused to speak on the phone.

Purtroppo lo stato di incuria dell'appartamento è notevole. Alla data del nostro soggiorno Pasqua 2024 erano rotte le tapparelle della zona giorno, il termosifone della camera, la porta del bagno e lo stato di pulizia era veramente indecente.

Siamo stati ospiti con le nostre bambine per 3 gg. All'arrivo l'alloggio appariva come da descrizione ma aleggiava un odore nauseabondo proveniente dagli armadietti della cucina, come poi abbiamo appurato entrando, e dal vano wc sporco e con la tavoletta divelta. Tentando di aprire le tapparelle queste non funzionavano. Comunicata subito la situazione a Airbnb e all'host che ne era a conoscenza ( perché non segnalarcelo prima?) che con il nostro consenso ha chiamato un tecnico per il giorno dopo. Quel giorno avevamo prenotato un tour quindi avrebbe potuto lavorare liberamente. Mentre eravamo in centro per raggiungere il bus del tour, il tecnico ci chiama perché senza chiavi, l'host aveva omesso di avvertirci che non era in sede e siam dovuti tornare perdendo il tour non rimborsabile. Le tapparelle erano da sostituire quindi impossibile ripararle. Inviato reclamo formale e ottenuto rimborso. L'host ha infine tentato maldestramente la frode di rivalersI su noi. Scandaloso.

La struttura era luminosa e spaziosa e presentava moltissimi è utilissimi elettrodomestici come aspirapolvere, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Il balcone dava anche quel tocco in più all’appartamento
Presentava il condizionatore esclusivamente nel soggiorno e non in camera da letto.
Riguardo il palazzo, l’ascensione non ha funzionato per la maggior parte del soggiorno e una volta ci siamo rimasti chiusi per qualche momento.

El apartamento en sí y la ubicacióm
Fuimos estafadas. Nos cobraron 44 euros al hacer el check-in sin indicarlo en las condiciones del contrato por llegar por la noche al alojamiento.
Este cobro se efectuó en el momento de hacer el check-in ya que era online y si no se completaba el pago no se hacía efectivo el check-in. Para recoger las llaves, nos enviaron un video por whatsapp donde estaban ubicadas las llaves ls cuales estaban en una mini caja fuerte (realmente nos cobraron 44 euros por enviarnos un video por whatsapp de donde estaba la mini caja fuerte).
Espero que esto se solucione cuanto antes ya que hemos puesto reclamación a booking por este fraude y no hemos recibido respuesta ni por parte de booking ni por parte del casero.

the apartment has a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets, it has a lot of kitchenware but no dishwashing liquid (the apartment requires that you wash your dishes after you leave), there a lot of stuff to cook in but no salt and pepper. toilet paper was at a minimum. it has a washing machine but no detergent. when I asked a question where I should throw out trash cuz the door to the backyard was locked, I did not get a response. please be aware that they keep the €400 as a security on ur credit card for 14 days after you checked out, so I waited 14 days to leave this response. nothing was charged cuz I didn’t no do any damage. but the apartment can use some facelift, the walls can really be already painted!!! and some of the door handles can be fixed

We loved the stay. Great location, beautiful apartment. Our only complaint was that there was no cleaning supplies: paper towels, dish soap, detergent for the washer, hand soap, conditioner, etc. And the host asked us to clean the place, but there was no supplies. Paying for all of these supplies for a one or two day stay makes no sense. Also, you can hear the neighbors because they have young kids but it's not terribly loud. Overall, we still loved the stay!

The apartment is just beautiful, super comfortable, well equipped, tons of natural light and with a nice little balcony. Location is good, about 15 minute walk to the center.
The only thing is that they didn't provide dish soap or soap for the dishwasher machine and for the clothe washing machine. I just think it's a bit weird.

Alla problem vid incheckningen, med motstridiga uppgifter. Ena dagen kom meddelande att värden möter upp i lägenheten, andra dagen att nycklarna finns i en nyckelbox, men det fanns ingen nyckelbox där de angett att den skulle finnas.

Appartement conforme à la description sauf que pour l’entretien pas d’éponge pas de liquide vaisselle pas de pelle pour ramasser les ordures pas de sac poubelle…
Pas ou peu de couvert 5 petites cuillères …
Il faudrait le préciser que tout est à acheter … d’autre part odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bains et spots au plafond ne fonctionnant pas.
Heureusement propriétaire très sympa et réactif visite le soir pour amener des ampoules manquantes à 20 h après son boulot .
Matelas taché…
Dommage
Sinon quartier très agréable avec un super marché pas loin et tram à côté .
Donc j’espère que les petites remarques seront prises en compte pour améliorer encore le confort de l’appartement ….
Il serait bien peut être de faire un état des lieux et une remise des clefs en main propre… car apparemment l’agence n’avait pas constaté tout ce que je vous ai dit.

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb - it’s really bright and cozy. We especially loved the balcony with the view. Location is great!
There is an AC in the living area of the apartment but not in the bedroom. So it was quite warm there - made it a bit difficult for us to fall asleep.
Would recommend this apartment anyway!

Logement spacieux et lumineux, bien placé, dans un quartier de Nice agréable. Beaucoup de circulation au niveau du carrefour: à déconseiller aux gens sensibles au bruit . Les équipements, basiques, sont assez complets mais n'ont pas tous très bien vieilli. La climatisation dans la pièce principale est trop éloignée de la chambre pour être vraiment efficace. Un rapport qualité-prix décevant donc vu les tarifs de pleine saison. Un bon emplacement par contre pour profiter de Nice ou se déplacer par le train (gare très proche).

everything but staff management is good
they let us to wait for 40 minutes under heavy rain for their local manager, and then at last shd didn’t show up and whatsapp us instead. We missed our booking because waiting no one.

Renslig og fin leilighet. Det var alt det vi trengte og fikk oss til å føle oss hjemme. Fikk vasket klær hver dag. God plass på soverommet til reisesengen for baby. Rolig nabolag med hyggelige folk. Butikk bare 50-100m unna. Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til trikk og togstasjon. Flott utsikt fra balkong. Fikk mye for pengene.
Lang ventetid ved ankomst. Vi booket leiligheten kl 11:00. Da vi kom frem hadde vi hverken fått beskjed om at det ikke var klart eller at vi måtte vente. Vi satt og ventet i 3-4 timer med baby og 5 kollier. Heldigvis var det en liten restaurant rett rundt inngangspartiet, som vi måtte sitte på utsiden i solsteken.

Vi hadde med barnevogn og var vanskelig å komme seg opp og ned fra leiligheten pga for smal dør i hovudinngangen. Heisen opp til 5. etasje var også veldig liten. Den kunne knapt få plass til to personer med en handbagasje.

Lovely clean and spacious property, in the perfect location- 8 mins from train station to access other lovely beaches, and 5 minutes from

Nice, bright and clean apartment located less than 10 minutes away from the train station Nice-Ville and the Promenade des Anglais. It is on the 5th floor and there is a small elevator that can fit 2 people. Excellent communication and professional service provided by Welkeys, we were able to check in earlier in the morning. Aucun geste commercial malgré le réveil en fanfare chaque matin et malgré mes échanges restés stériles.

Sinon des choses à revoir : spots salle de bain qui clignotent, lustre salon qui scintille. Aucune chaîne sur la TV de la chalet pas toutes sur la mini tv du salon.

I reserved this apartment for my family , they stayed with their children. They really liked it , the apartment is brand new , very well equipped and had everything. Also the district is very convenient, it’s not super center but just nearby. And you have everything just in corner. Perfect quality and price. We highly recommend it

Sehr schönes Apartment. Ist noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Perfekte Lage (alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen) und gut ausgestattet. Bequemes Bett und Schlafsofa. Kleiner Balkon mit Sonne ab Nachmittag.

Possibilité de récupérer les clefs à toute heure de la journée ou de la nuit.
