The 68 sq. m bright apartment situated on the 1st floor with elevator of a typical niçois building is composed of :
- three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a large equipped eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle and hotplates,
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, ironing equipment and Wifi.

The neighborhood

Very close from Jean Médecin avenue, you are at the best place to discover Nice ! You will be just nearby the pedestrian area with all its shops. A lot of bars and restaurants will seduce you all around the flat. You will also be able to go to the Place Masséna in 10 min as well as the Promenade des Anglais and the beach in 15 min by foot. The Old Nice is accessible in 15 min also, and it will just take you 25 min by walk to reach the Fine-Arts Museum.
