This bright and newly refurbished flat, tastefully decorated, is located on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator), consists of a beautiful living space of 38 sq. m and includes:
- a nice and sunny terrace with view on the sea and BBQ,
- a comfortable living room with sofa-bed,
- a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with bathtub-shower,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-fi and TV,
- a private parking lot.

The neighborhood

3 min by foot from the beach and 10 from the thalassotherapy center, you will not lack anything to enjoy a wonderful stay in Normandy. It will just take you a 15-min walk away along the Promenade Marcel Proust to find the city-center and discover the restaurants, shops as well as the casino. Don't miss the Halles market, the restaurant Jeff and the Homard Bleu fishmonger. Lastly, you will be a 30-min drive away from the cities of Deauville or Caen.
