Located on the 2nd floor of a Haussmann-style building with elevator, this elegant and modern apartment, recently refurbished, comprises a pleasant living space of 56 m² and contains :
- a very bright living room,
- two charming bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, hotplates),

The neighborhood

This modern accommodation in the center of Marseille’s 2nd arrondissement is perfect for discovering the city. Ideally located in an area well served by public transport, you will be able to explore Marseille by any means. Situated in the heart of the historic center of the city, near the Old Port and the Docks, you will be able to enjoy the numerous stores, bars and restaurants nearby.
In addition to the various museums in your surroundings (including the MuCEM), you will easily be able to reach, via public transport, the various activities of Marseille, its markets and beautiful squares with Mediterranean colors. This way, you will reach the Cours Julien, the Castellane square, the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica, the beaches or the Centre Bourse, where you will find the Marseille History Museum. You will therefore not lack anything to explore Marseilles!

Het appartement was zeer proper. Handdoeken mooi gepresenteerd op het bed bij aankomst. De hosts waren onmiddellijk bereikbaar bij vragen. Centraal gelegen.
Er was zeer veel geluidsoverlast. Dit van voorbijrijdende trams en verkeer, wegenwerken en straatvegers. Hier kan de host zelf niets aan doen. Het was warm tijdens ons verblijf. Het ontbreken van airco was wel een minpunt. Wel stonden er twee ventilatoren.

Líbila se mi lokalita, měly jsme všechno kousek, krásný čistý byt, naproti hned výborná kavárna s pekárnou, kde jsme každé ráno snídaly
ač lokalita byla super co se týče blízkosti tak bylo znát velmi rušné centrum, kde se nedalo moc spát kvůli rušnosti centra (měly jsme ale otevřené okna), nebyla možnost doplnění - kapsle do kávovaru, toaletní papír, tablety do myčky, prášek na praní....

The location was very good. The appartment was spacious. Nice Hausmanian on the outside, inside was modern. Restaurants very close and much choice. A Monoprix nearby.
There were two keyboxes. The one we were supposed to use was a bit out of view.

Op loopafstand van Le vieux Port en Le Pannier. Geweldig Marokkaans restaurant naast de deur, ook de supermarkt vlakbij. Enig minpuntje was de tram door de straat, maar die rijdt ‘s nachts niet. Ook handig om te weten dat er een Krups koffie machine staat voor cups en een vaatwasser aanwezig.

Wir waren Mitte April im schönen Marseille und die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage! Für lärmempfindliche beim Einschlafen empfehlen wir Ohrstöpsel mitzubringen, dann ist alles bestens! Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und liegt fantastisch zum Le Panier und alten Hafen!

Appartement propre, bien situé, mais la nuit on ne dort pas bien à cause du bruit dans la rue. Il y a des gens bourrés en bas de l’immeuble qui font de bruit toute la nuit, aussi de la musique, on entend bien les véhicules qui passent.
Je n’ai pas apprécié que le hote nous demande de partir à 10h du logement sans aucune flexibilité sachant que nous étions avec 3 enfants. Sachant que les prochains hôtes arriveront à 15h, 5h pour faire le ménage c’est exagéré.
Aussi le ménage facturé à 90€ c’est exorbitant !!!

Schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von Marseille. Die Lage ist perfekt, um überall zu Fuß hinzugehen. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Man hatte alles dabei, auch eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und einen Föhn. Ich fand das Apartment perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip!

Great location. A nicely appointed and very clean apartment.
Very noisy at night. The street below is always busy and the road cleaners also begin in the early hours. Sadly this is very audible in this apartment.

Appartement agréable, refait à neuf et bien situé.
Points négatifs non négligeables :
- bruit +++ impossible de dormir
- canapé très inconfortable
- équipements manquants : peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, aucune pastille pour le lave vaisselle et le lave linge donc impossible de les utiliser, 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 5 jours….

Les fenêtres fermées permettent toutefois d'atténuer le bruit et d'assurer plus de tranquillité. Les consommables comme le papier toilette sont généralement fournis pour lé début du séjour, ce n'est pas le cas des pastilles de lave-vaisselle ou de la lessive qui ne sont pas comprises dans la location. L'appréciation du confort des meubles dépendant de chaque voyageur, nous serons attentifs aux retours que nous pourrons recevoir à ce sujet. Nous restons à votre disposition pour plus d'informations. The cleanliness was so bad. Literally came to a place to stains on the sheets, hair on the floor and disgusting dishes on the dish washer from last guests.
No face towels provided. No hand soap provided in the bathroom (it was empty).
Very noisy location, very tough mattress.
They paid me back a little money for the lack of cleanliness and let us checkout after the time asked but the cleaning crews came so we couldn’t really go to the beach and shower etc - which is fine but unideal, makes the late checkout almost a bit more work.
Wouldn’t come back.

Overall it is a spacious apartment in the center of the city. It is rather enjoyable. It comes with the noise and mosquitos. I guess the owner lacks power to change those. I wish the owner had provided shampoo, shower gel and laundry detergent. Also when we checked in around 4:30pm, the cleaning was still going on and the apartment was not ready until 5:30pm. The check-out time is 10:30am though.

The Appartement as what it‘s describe but there is no AC nor ventilation and it’s too hot. If we opens the windows it’s too noisy from the trans which pass often and even in the evening is too noisy to sleep.
We traveled with my girlfriend and our kids and I don’t recommend you to stay here as we don’t feel safe in this environment.

Questo appartamento nel cuore di Marsiglia è davvero un gioiello. Si trova in un palazzo d'epoca, è ristrutturato, spazioso, attrezzato e anche molto pulito. This apartment was well located on the edge of Le Panier and a short walk to Vieux Port. It was comfortable, spacious, and with lovely design. Access to the apartment and communications with Welkeys was free and easy. The only small downside was that it was a bit noisy at night which might make it harder for light sleepers. Would recommend though, and would stay again

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Marseille dans l'appartement malgré la météo plus que maussade.
L'appartement est très bien situé, lumineux et agréablement agencé.
Le passage de la ligne du tram sous l'immeuble et le service des poubelles le matin génère cependant des nuisances sonores. Problème résolu avec des boules quies.
Par contre, le ménage n'avait visiblement pas été fait à notre arrivée. Au prix du service, il mériterait pourtant d'être impeccable.
Quelques petits manques aussi dans l'equipement: 2 petites cuillères en tout et pour tout, pas de torchon de vaisselle, ni sacs poubelle, prise salle de bains défectueuse. Après échange de sms, tout cela nous a été déposé 2 jours après.
Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

Un très joli appartement bien décoré avec des équipements de qualité, bonnes literies, thé et café à disposition. Très bien placé pour visiter à deux pas du vieux port dans un joli quartier, un peu bruyant le matin car proximité immédiate de la route mais avec des boules quies c’est nickel. On reviendra !

Un appartement très bien situé et propre (au détail près ci-dessous), mais très bruyant et assez mal équipé en petit matériel (trois petites cuillères alors que la location est prévue pour quatre personnes, un seul verre à vin, pas de torchon, etc.).

Une propreté de la salle de bains pas impeccable (lavabo et douche bouchés par des cheveux).

Surtout, une communication quasi inexistante : autant nous avons reçu de nombreux messages (automatiques ?) rappelant les contraintes d’arrivée et de départ, autant je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à mes trois messages posant des questions précises sur le fonctionnement de l’appartement et sur les modalités de départ.

Peut nettement mieux faire !

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has most of the mentioned amenities, but not all at least not during my stay (missing: soap, shampoo, microwave, a crib for a baby), TV was not functioning. The isolation of the apartment is not the best, you can hear noises from the street (vehicle driving, people yelling).
The location is also very good, close to the Old Port and major attractions, walking distances.

Appartement très agréable et lumineux dans un emplacement très central. Idéal pour nous, une famille de quatre personnes. Cuisine bien équipée. Vieux port et Panier sont facilement accessible à pied. Excellente boulangerie au coin de la rue. Les commerces sont très proches.
Le quartier est très animé et n'est donc pas tranquille la nuit. De bonnes fenêtres.

Nicely located place with plenty of natural light at the junction of quiet Le Panier neighbourhood and core downtown Marseille. It is quite noisy on rue de la République with streetcars running all day and multiple mopeds. Still I thought it was conveniently located. Our host graciously let us check in at lunchtime as we had been travelling from Paris since the wee hours. This is the good part. Here is the rest:

- terrible communication. We did not receive any check-in instruction until I kept asking for them. I had to talk to the host's supervisor in Paris for our local guy to get back to me. Neither replied to my messages from day 2 on. Don't bother completing their own check-in online, The guy asked me for the same information again.
- unlike advertised, host wasn't present during check-in. I personally don't mind, but don't advertise you will;
- the kitchen is largely under-equipped with a single (and dirty, pictures sent by text to management) wine glass for three people, one kitchen cloth for three days. No answer to my messages on this either;
- we had to buy toilet paper as there was only a partial single roll;
- we had the unit until 10am on the last day (early enough, right?); nevertheless, housekeeping was already at the door ready to kick us out by 9:30am. How about a great sense of hospitality?

Very mixed feelings about this place. I would not recommend it.

Lovely big, bright flat in great location. We were texted information about how to get our key and it was very clear. Manager was always available via WhatsApp for queries.
We needed another bedsheet and it took two days to be sorted out. We did get it eventually.
It is at a main road, so noisy which didn't really bother us, but if you're noise sensitive it could be a problem.

This apartment is really beautiful. It is spacious and the rooms are quite big with beautiful tall windows. It is perfectly located near the old port, a max ten minute walk. For these reasons, it is a sure bet. For those who may not be used to city noises, this apartment might not be good for you. in the higher season ( summer) you may be faced with neighbourhood parties and there are cars, motorcycles, scooters and people yelling in the street well into the hours of the night (around 5am for us personally). Some fair well with the hustle and bustle and you'll love this place but for those who need their beauty sleep, you might not enjoy your stay. The harder part in summer is that if you like to sleep with windows open to air out, the noise is naturally much worse. The apartment did not have air conditioning during our stay so at 30 degrees, closed windows was not an option unfortunately.
