L'appartement est en fait très beau, mais présente de légers défauts tels qu'une lampe défectueuse dans la cuisine. Sinon, c'était un bon séjour. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait si vous voulez visiter Disneyland. Vous n'arrez pas à Disneyland en 10 minutes en voiture.

The owner was very rude. They were mad at us because we used an extra blanket available in the closet . We were questioned why we used it, as we were only four people. I answered because we were cold. They also questioned why we used towels available in the toilet. We answered because our towels were wet. The owner kept on questioning about the use of the blanket and the towels ( both fully accesible in the apartment), bey insisted we had to pay extra for using them. That seemed quite a a scam.
The access to property was extremely difficult. The owner sent over 10 videos to explain the process as it was almost an impossible mission to get in. Very annoying.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a few issues. When we arrived, we found a towel outside on the patio. We had mattress protectors for each bed but no fitted or flat sheets. We couldn't get the door open one day and it took several texts and phone calls to get ahold of the property manager, spanning a 30 minute period of trying to get in. When he did answer he was exasperated and explained how to get the lock open. 4 days after we checked out, the property manager messaged me accusing me to stealing sheets and 8 towels. When I tried to ask him questions I recieved replies like "all the beds were made, what more could you want?", "you took what was in the closet, so don't say you didn't find it", and "because what you did is completely incomprehensible". They took a security deposit and then charged my credit card more for stolen goods I never took. There are better places to stay with hosts that treat you with civility so I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Appartement bien : intérieur propre et fonctionnel, mais balcon très sale, dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter en été.
La procédure d’arrivée communiquée par vidéos via whatsapp nous a fait perdre 1h lors de notre arrivée car nous nous sommes retrouvés bloquer à l’entrée de l’immeuble, le digipass n’était pas près de la porte donc pas visible. De plus, impossible d’émettre un appel pour avoir des explications supplémentaires car tous nos appels étaient refusés par l’hôte —> elle ne répondait qu’aux textos. La situation était assez stressante…
Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour.

1. Very poor communication with the main rental company Welkeys. We arrived at our rental location and still did not have instructions on how to check in despite me requesting them. Finally called the manager who emailed us the info and informed us that we would need to wait 50 mins for someone to come and let us into the place.
2. The apartment was dirty when we arrived and not ready for guests. The bathroom was filthy (sink and bath had hair and scum residue) and no supply of hand soap at all. On regular times this would be unacceptable but even more so during COVID. The kitchen sink still had food chunks in the drain and the table had crumbs everywhere from the people before us. Very limited toilet paper supply for a family of 4 (Only a few sheets!).
3. The beds were not made. We had to make our own beds. When they supplied the bedding, we only had one fitted sheet for 2 beds, 1 pillow set (so we had to use our own t-shirts as pillow cases for the second bed by fitting in the pillows inside). They provided us with 3 duvet covers and since we were missing a fitted sheet we used the extra duvet cover as a sheet to lay on the mattress.
4. Bath towels smelled of cigarette smoke
5. After complaining to the manager in charge, she sent a cleaning lady the next morning. They only cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed the floor but did not touch the kitchen and did not provide an additional fitted sheet although they did provide a set of the missing pillow cases. They did not provide us with any soap either.
6. As we communicated our disappointment with Welkeys and asked them to make it right by the customer, they emailed a reservation Cancellation, which we had not requested.
The apartment itself was new and could have worked well, but the issues meant that we asked to stay with relatives most our nights there and certainly never ate there! Very disappointing and our first really poor experience with VRBO.

Le propriétaire ce plein que nous ayons suivis les instructions qu’il a donné pour quitter l’appartement car nous avons laisser les clef sur la table et claquer la porte derrière nous (photo à l’appui) mais il nous envoie un message après pour nous dire qu’il fallait les laisser dans la boite au lettre bref je ne recommande pas.

Host was really not helpful at all i have 8 month old baby with me and had to wait until 12 am until we find the place and went inside the stove wasn’t working so i was not able to make anything for my baby and family.

It was very close to the Disney Parks which is just what we needed. The bus stop to the parks was just an 8 minute walk. It was also a nice quiet location with parking if you wish. There was also a TV with Netflix and the bathroom was nice with a decent hairdryer which almost never happens.
The "staff" were also helpful, even though invisible always at the end of a phone or WhatsApp.
Overall cleanliness upon arrival was good.
WiFi also had good connection.

There were a few things that needed improving in the apartment.
- lack of pots and pans if you were to cook.
- no light bulb in one bedroom, luckily had bedside lamps.
- loose fittings such as plug sockets and lights
- broken sofa bed (which we were informed about just prior to arrival, however, this made the sofa terrible to sit on if you were watching TV. Luckily we did not need to use it.
- the balcony could do with a clean as the floor was dirty.

Which contained visual direction to the property; all of which were pretty hard to follow and badly filmed. When I asked a question about access, I had a blunt response to watch the videos. I also tried to call when the door wouldn’t open for us but the host ignored the call. The apartment itself was below average. The hosts don’t empty out food or toiletries left by previous tenants which was half useful half unsanitary! The sofa bed was old, in bad repair and simply not fit for purpose; we didn’t fold it out to sleep on it as we couldn’t get it to stay up! Overall we were completely underwhelmed. The apartment needed a good clean. Towels smelt so bad! Wouldn’t reccomend.

Terrible. I will begin by saying that we did change our check in time. we expected to be there by 3pm but we decided to go straight to disneyland and then check in. So we informed the host that we will arrive by 11:30 pm. And then it all went downhill.
1. We were first informed that there are extra charges we are supposed to pay for late arrival. There was no such thing mentioned in the listing.
2. The host sent us about 6 videos with instructions on how to enter the house and 3 codes. We reached the main gate and it would not open without a fob. The fob was inside a letter box inside a lobby. We followed a car going into the parking only to realize that we went into the wrong parking. There was no way to get out of the parking. We were stuck there for an hour. We found some residents strolling by at 12:30 pm to help open the parking gate
3. The sofa bed was broken
4. At checkout, we had to drive the car out of the compound and then get back in to leave the keys and the fob in the box

No good service was provided. The apartment smelled of rat. Had to deep clean the whole flat due to the foul smell. The windows were kept open throughout our stay. Very unhealthy for my kids. The heating was on throughout, because we couldn’t turn the heating down.
No pans in the kitchen, had to buy some from the supermarket. The bed slats are broken, we had to put the mattresses on the floor just in case. My kids are currently sick because they are allergic to animals.

El equipamiento precario, una toalla de ducha por inquilino, ni toalla de manos ni para el pelo.
No había tijeras en la cocina.
El corte de agua del último día es algo que el anfitrión debería comunicar a los inquilinos. No pudimos ducharnos, lavarnos los dientes etc.

es la primera vez que veo que el box de las llaves no este atornillado a la pared , creo que este es un detalle a mejorar sin duda
despues de intentar abrir el box con varias combinaciones , este no se abria , el contacto me dice que si se acerca al piso y lo abre con facilidad me tiene que cobrar el desplazamiento
vuelvo a decirle que el box de las llaves no se abre , despues de una hora se acerca al piso , el tampoco consigue abrirlo
me dice que tiene copia de las llaves del piso pero no del mando de la puerta exterior ni del garaje
despues de un buen rato se da cuenta que en el buzon contiguo al del piso hay otro box de llaves y se da cuenta de que "alguien " ha intercambiado los box con mala intencion ....
en total tardamos una hora y media en acceder al piso , esperando en la calle despues de un viaje de 8 horas ...

This place was amazing for our DisneyLand Paris trip. It was located off site from Disney in a quiet, very secure neighborhood. The host communicated throughout the day and met us upon arrival. The drive from the apartment to DisneyLand was under 10 minutes with absolutely no traffic, so super easy drive.

J’ai été extrêmement déçue par ce logement, une horreur. Tout d abord, lors de notre arrivée nous avons remarqué que le logement n’avait pas du tout été nettoyé … il était dans un état de grande saleté (poils et cheveux dans la douche, le sol collait, traces dans les wc) Les prestations énoncées dans l annonce absolument pas respectées et pire encore : serviettes et draps étaient sales, une honte n’est-ce pas ! Nous avons contacté de suite l hôte pour lui exposer la situation, il m’a dit de faire avec et m a raccroché au nez…. Et plus rien.
J’aurais aimé vous faire partager les photos prises … vous auriez été scandalisés. JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT CE LOGEMENT !!

Lamentável tudo o que aconteceu.
Esta casa tem muitas condições e está bem perto da Disney, seria perfeita se fosse explorada pelas pessoas certas e se a equipa de gestão do alojamento não fosse tão má.
Nada a apontar à casa em si, mas muitas coisas a apontar à equipa de gestão do espaço (Welkeys).
- CHECK IN PÉSSIMO- recebemos um e-mail previamente a pedir para informar a chegada 30 min antes por telefone à pessoa que vai receber. Pois a nossa pessoa quando recebeu a nossa chamada disse que não conseguiria abrir a porta nessa hora, demoraria 1h40min a chegar. Passado esse tempo voltamos a contactar a perguntar se havia novidades referiu que afinal demorava mais 40 min a chegar. Perdemos 3 horas nesta brincadeira que seriam 3 horas passadas em Paris e não foram, conseguiram estragar o fim de tarde em Paris pois só lá chegámos bem tarde para jantar. Quem nos recebe NÃO SABE FALAR INGLÊS. Quando ligamos a perguntar onde estão e a pedir informações desligam o telefone na cara porque claramente não nos percebem.
- LIMPEZA - A casa estava claramente suja, cheia de pó, papel higiénico lamentável, talheres sujos, forno nojento…. Enfim. O pior de tudo foi que a casa dá para 6 adultos, 2 ficam no sofá cama. Quando lá chegámos o sofá não tinha cama feita. Depois de muita dificuldade em explicar à pessoa que nos recebeu (que não fala inglês) que não tínhamos lençóis nem mantas esta foi ao carro buscar um saco de roupa de cama. Chocante foi quando vimos que o saco que nos trouxeram para fazermos a cama era de roupa suja e usada. Cheia de nódoas, cabelos, pelos. Completamente nojento.
Voltamos a ligar e a explicar que estava tudo sujo pediram 10 min para resolver (demoraram 30) mais tempo perdido de Paris. Chegaram então com um saco com roupa lavada. Pois bem estava lavada mas só tinha um lençol para a parte de baixo. Tivemos um casal a dormir 5 noites com apenas um lençol na cama. Em contacto com as mantas, sem fronhas e sem toalhas de banho. Tivemos de dividir as toalhas havendo casais a terem de se limpar à mesma toalha 6 dias, dividindo uma toalha pelos dois.
- COMUNICAÇÃO- durante toda a estadia a empresa não vos responde, não resolve nada, nem desculpas pede. A equipa do Airbnb esteve sempre em contacto connosco para nos ajudar, tentou entrar em contacto com eles e ninguém nos respondeu, limpou nada, nem levou mais lençóis e toalhas. Acho vergonhoso, no fim terem enviado uma mensagem apenas com as regras do check out como se não tivessem recebido 100 mensagens antes com tudo o que estava a correr mal.
Quando vejo esta experiência só consigo ter pena dos donos desta casa que devem achar que têm uma empresa boa à frente do seu imóvel e na verdade só têm uma empresa que engana clientes e só quer dinheiro.
Se tiverem mais opções de escolha esta não será uma boa opção de alojamento para vocês. Escolham outra para terem uma viagem descansada.

It was very difficult to communicate with the host. We arrived and we’re not greeted by them. Instead we got very difficult text instructions on how to get the keys and into the place. The keys we put in an unlocked mailbox for anyone to access. The parking situation was a nightmare. We were not given a code or a garage door opener so it took at least an hour to figure out how to get in (another car opened it). When we left, we were not able to get ourselves out of the parking garage and again had to wait for someone else to help us. We tried contacting the host the morning of leaving and after 5 calls we still got no answer. We didn’t hear from them them the entire day after all of the missed calls at texts. The main positives were the beds were comfy and had nice hot water for the shower.

Logement moderne et bien fournis, assez spacieux pour 4 personnes. La dame au téléphone très gentille mais nous voyons bien que nous étions les 2ème à louer... Manque de professionnalisme...

Caution de 600€ apprise seulement après paiement du séjour...
Supplément de 22€ afin de récupérer les clés entre 23h et minuit. Gros désordre pour pouvoir les récupérer ! Un soit disant ami qui n'y connaissait rien, nous a accueilli... Après différents coups de fils, nous avons enfin pu accéder au garage sans informations de situation de place de parking... Nous nous sommes retrouvé enfermer dans un autre bâtiment (vu le manque d'informations préalables)
Bref qu'après 1h à tourner en rond nous avons enfin pu regagner la chambre..
Et pour rendre les clés c'était également un désordre également...

Spacious, the ability to cook, and wash/dry clothes. We also liked the close proximity to Disneyland - although it is not in walking distance as advertised…4.7 miles away from entrance.
Negative:
The property was not clean and a 600 euros deposit was required. I was not tracking this until hours before our arrival.
