Quiet area and accommodation was pleasant. Relatively cool downstairs but rather warm upstairs where the children slept on the sofa bed. We enjoyed cooling off in the hot tub - short drive to Disney which was no problem, good supermarket very close.

Een appartement met potentie, maar toch wel wat verouderd, met name de keuken en de badkamer beneden. Een gordijn voor het keukenraam zou wel fijn zijn, er kwam nu veel licht naar binnen waardoor we vroeg wakker waren (we sliepen op de slaapbank). We hebben een goed verblijf gehad, met name door de fijne ligging in een rustige buurt en de goede ligging ten opzichte van Disneyland, maar het is geen appartement waar we naar terug keren bij ons volgende bezoek aan Disneyland Parijs.

It met most of our needs.

A good location, bus service and modern.
Negative:
The dishes were dirty, no oven dish and there was no information about the necessity to flush the pump for the bath, resulting in dead flies and dirt coming into the bath after filling.

That was the worst trip I ever had in Paris.

There is no heating on the second floor even in the bathroom, and we are with a child. Everywhere the smell of mold, for our child that was a nightmare. The doors of the balcony did not close well. The only bedding was dirty ,apparently was not changed, the dishes were dirty, the cups at the bottom were dirty, the sofa was dirty,no second beding. Only the bathrooms were clean. There was a problem with the electrical wiring - the meters could not stand it and turned off, as well as the gas boiler that heated the water was constantly turned off. While we were away, the owner constantly came without warning twice a day to check boiler because he is connected as well. Since he lives in the same house, but on the other hand, he does not care that you are not pleased with his presence in your absence, as well as that you are worried about your personal stuff.

Great location for Disneyland Paris. There is a bus stop located right around the corner from the bnb but I think it only comes once an hour so if you time it correctly you can catch the bus right outside. If not you will have to walk about 6-8mins to another bus stop which runs more frequently to catch the bus to Disney. The bus ride is about 10 mins. There is a little town about a 10 min walk away from the bnb. There are some restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Would stay again.

There were lots of issues with the accommodation, given below :
I was travelling with a child and and my old mum, we had informed the management company "Welkeys" that we will reach around mid night to the accommodation, the check-in was easy but there were no toilet tissues provided in any of the bathrooms which was a big issue considering a small child and an old person with me. The beds were not made, the sheets and duvet were provided and I had to put the sheets and duvet covers myself to make the beds. The pillows and duvet were not very clean so I felt not to touch it when putting the covers but had no option. There was no Kitchen tissues, no bathroom floor mat in one of the bathrooms. The drawers were dirty with food particles and other dust particles lying there.
One of the bathroom had a used shampoo bottle. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and was difficult to sleep for 3 nights I had to spend there. The cost of the property is quite expensive considering all the issues with the property.
The location was safe and close to Disneyland park, about 7 mins car ride. Easy to get Uber for Disneyland park which costed 11 euros one way ride.

Nous sommes un couple venu passer 3 jours à Disneyland, le logement se trouve à quasiment 10 minutes en bus du parc. Le bus qui dessert le parc se trouve à deux rues du logement. A quelques minutes à pied, vous pouvez également trouver un petit Spar et une pharmacie. Le logement était dans son ensemble convenable, les pièces étaient relativement propre, une jolie décoration, le lit confortable et la cuisine bien équipée.

En arrivant, nous avons du refaire la vaisselle pour enlever les derniers dépôts de nourriture. La baignoire balnéothérapie nous avait grandement séduit, ce qui fait que nous avons mit le prix par rapport à d'autres locations. Malheureusement, l'eau chaude ne tient pas le temps de remplissage (il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois) et lors de l'activation des jets, des dépôts noirs en grande quantité sont sortis des tuyaux, ce qui a rendu le bain inutilisable. Nous avons essayé de nettoyer la baignoire et les tuyaux mais en vain, les dépôts semblaient sortir indéfiniment. Nous n'avons à aucun moment pu profiter de l'atout de cet appartement (après notre départ, nous avons informés les hôtes, en espérant que le problème soit arrangé pour les futurs vacanciers).
