This cosy 52 sq. m flat is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and includes:
- a very nice balcony with view on the sea,
- a large living-room,
- a nice and well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hot plates, dishwasher),
- a first bedroom with double bed, which can be set as two single beds (please specify while booking),
- a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and WiFi.

The neighborhood

The flat is located in Saint-Jean neighborhood, between the Main Beach and the Baie de la Vierge, wildest and less crowded At the foot of your residence, you will be able to rent a kayak or a paddle to discover the splendid bay in a more original way. Therefore, La Ciotat has recently been elected as one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and you will realize it by hiking around or enjoying the Muguel creek, the Ile Verte, or simply profiting from the 7 beaches of the city. The nice villages of Cassis and Bandol won't be far away neither.
In the city heart, you will discover La Chaudronnerie or Eden Cinema shows, the Ciotadan museum, the large Sunday market or night-time markets during the summertime. The flat is also very close to numerous restaurants that offer you local specialities but also specialities from further places, with very oftenly a view on the sea.
