The space

At the doors of the Basque Country, nearby the centers of interest and animations of the Basque and Landaise Coasts, you will enjoy fully and serenely the atmosphere and the tenderness of living from the South-West!

This large and contemporary 200 sq. m villa on two levels, stylishly decorated and very bright, is ranked 4 stars and includes :
- a beautiful fenced-in 2000 sq. m garden with a heated swimming-pool (from May to September), terrace and gas plancha,
- a large and bright living and dining room,
- a master bedroom with a double bed and shower room,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- a second shower room,
- a separate toilet,
- a nice and well equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge),
- a playroom with pool table,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi.
Cars can be parked on the asphalt part of the yard. There is an electrical gate.
The swimming-pool is secured by an electric rolling shutter.

The neighborhood

Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in a calm and peaceful environment. Shops will be just nearby, with numerous proximity shops less than 10 min walking away, and it will just take you 15 min by car to join the beach, unless you choose to take advantage of the free beach shuttle bus. At last, in a few minutes driving, you will reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.

Getting around

La Poste Place de l'Abreuvoir bus stop (beach shuttle bus and line 26) → 6 min by foot
From the station (Bayonne) → 15 min by transports or 20 min by car
From the airport (Biarritz) → 35 min by transports or 25 min by car
