Next to the Promenade de Cassis, in a pedestrian area and with all tourist facilities nearby, this bright flat is perfect for a stay in this pleasant seaside resort.
This 50 m² air-conditioned flat is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) and consists of :
- a bright living room,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a first bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a second bedroom, accessible with a ladder, with a double bed,
- two bathrooms with showers,
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- baby bed, air conditioning,
- TV, WiFi.

The neighborhood
"Who has seen Paris and not Cassis, has seen nothing" wrote Frederic Mistral. Near Marseille, between the vineyards and the Calanques National Park, lies the small town of Cassis. Framed by white limestone cliffs to the west and pine forests and vineyards to the east, it has the charm of a pleasant fishing village. The flat is located next to the Cassis promenade, a 2 minutes walk from the Port and the Plage de la Grande Mer and with all the tourist facilities nearby. This popular seaside resort invites you to stroll through the winding streets. Watch the hustle and bustle of the port or take a boat trip to the Calanques. The cliffs of Cap Canaille are the highest in Europe. Don't miss the charm of the many colourful fishermen's houses and the town's friendly cafés and restaurants.

We added on the listing that one bedroom has to be accessed by a ladder. Older buildings tend to have narrower staircases. The pictures give a good idea of the apartment's layout but we added inofrmation about the ladder in the description.
