This beautiful bright and air-conditioned flat of 55 m², renovated in 2020, is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) of a private upscale residence, is composed of :
- a large west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the exceptional sunsets,

- a bedroom with double bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
