Charming 27 m² ground floor studio apartment, refurbished, in a shopping area consists of :
- a living space with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a very well equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with bathtub,

- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

The neighborhood
Located in the city centre of Les Lilas, at the gateway to Paris, all shops are nearby. Just 15 minutes by metro from the heart of the capital, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while remaining calm in a tree-lined street. Unless you decide not to take advantage of Les Lilas and its village atmosphere: the Lucie Aubrac municipal park will seduce you, and the restaurants in the surrounding streets will delight you. Don't miss La Couscoussière, a Moroccan restaurant with a very good cuisine, L'Atmosphère and its daily changing menu, or Le Barolo, a real Italian restaurant.

Porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir, du à un fortement de la porte sur le sol.
Accroche pour le pommeau de douche cassé et pas de pression.
Présence d'un jour entre la plaque de cuisson et le plan de travail.
Une ampoule sur deux fonctionne.

The person who was supposed to hand me the keys could not make it, and someone else had to come let me in. Had to call multiple numbers to finally reach someone. But the lady was very helpful and made sure I got in smoothly, and supported my entire stay. The washing machine was broken but was able to find a laundromat nearby. The studio is on ground floor, so can be a little loud at night.

La boîte à clefs est immonde et la douche ne fonctionne pas. J’ai bien prévenu que je laisserais un message incendiaire, ça n’a eu aucun effet. En revanche j’ai eu 3 messages (sms, mail et WhatsApp’s) pour me dire quoi faire au moment de partir. J’ai juste eu l’impression d’avoir été prise pour une imbecile.

Tanto los platos, vasos y cubiertos estaban bastante sucios, por lo que tuvimos que lavar todo antes de usarlo. El inconveniente con esto es que el desagüe del fregadero estaba taponado, por lo cual se hacía imposible lavar ahí y tuvimos que hacerlo todo desde el lavamanos del baño.
La ducha de la bañera tenía demasiado poca presión, asi que es complicado bañarse cómodamente.
El piso dispone de una lavadora, lo cual pensamos que era muy práctico. Pero cuando la usamos, prácticamente no funcionaba. nos dejó parte de la ropa muy mojada y otra parte totalmente seca. Probablemente el tambor de la lavadora no gira, así que es imposible lavar. Terminamos teniendo que lavar todo a mano, lo cual no es práctico. Es mejor no usar la lavadora.
El colchón es viejo y poco cómodo.
El punto bueno es que el piso esa ubicado cerca de una parada de metro conectada directamente con el centro.

Buona la comunicazione con l'host e reattivi, unica cosa veramente assurda pagare un sovrapprezzo per il check in serale di ben 22 euro!!!, per poi trovare le chiavi nella buca delle lettere.
Per il resto tutto ok.

Le bruit de la rue. Le logement est au RDC et les fenêtres donnent sur la rue. Obligé de laisser les volets fermés.
Le matelas du canapé qui n'est pas confortable et pas propre. Le canapé qui ne se ferme pas.
Le lave linge sale. Une partie de la vaisselle sale. Le lavabo de la SDB bouché à moitié. Pas de pression dans la douche et baignoire sale.

Der Besitzer hat sich geweigert uns persönlich zu treffen und den Schlüssel zu übergeben weil er keine Zeit hatte, bei Abreise hat er mich gebeten den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten zu werfen was ich auch gemacht habe er wurde Tage später ständig bedrängt 50€ zu zahlen nach neuen Schlüsseln, weil er sie nicht finden konnte. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bin ich nicht der Erste. Lächerlich. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Auch in der Wohnung stank es bei ständigem Lüften. Das Bett ist ein altes Klappsofa, das für einen erholsamen Schlaf geradezu schrecklich ist. Die Gegend ist nicht besser. Ich empfehle es überhaupt nicht.

theres is no sun that reaches the house, you always feel like the ended.
it’s on the ground floor and the windows have no steel barriers so it did no feel safe

Ce studio est bien aménagé et situé, mais à notre arrivée pas d'eau chaude .... L'équipe Welkeys agréable et joignable me rassure en m'assurant s'occuper du problème !! Après 24h et de nombreux appels , un technicien se déplace enfin pour régler la situation !! Cette réparation tardive remet serieusement en cause le sérieux et le prix de la prestation...
