The space

In this beautiful, quiet and bright house, you will have immediate access to all the shops and restaurants of the town and will be in the ideal place to enjoy a nice stay on the Normandy coast.

This very quiet and comfortable house, sheltered from the street and the neighbours and with a view of the town and the sea on the first floor, consists of a 90 m² living space and includes:
- a private garden with a beautiful sunny terrace,
- a bright living room,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, and fan,
- baby bed, solarium,
- TV, Wi-Fi, ideally equipped for home office with two offices.

The neighborhood

In a quiet residential area, 8 min walk from the Trouville market and 12 min from the train station, you will not miss anything to enjoy a nice stay in the charming seaside resort and this entirely on foot! You will be able to stroll between the various Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino, enjoy the market along the harbour or visit the museums of the town. The beach of Trouville is only a 25 minute walk away and you can have a picnic on the beach, pick up some oysters and wine at the market or a pizza at the Voile Bleue. Finally, if you feel like it, go to the beach of Deauville and its famous boards!

Deauville-Normandie airport → 6 min by car
