Nice flat with balcony and parking nearby Croisette in Cannes - Welkeys

Dieses schöne Appartment in guter Lage bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Cannes benötigt. Stilvoll eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage mit einem großzügigen Balkon ist man unweit der Croisette schnell an allen zentralen Plätzen Cannes' - und das zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend und stets freundlich. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel mit einer Zahlenschlossbox lief perfekt. Ich komme immer gerne wieder.

Bel appartement bien situé, dans une résidence calme et récente. Il serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il n'y pas d'état des lieux en présentiel. Néanmoins il conviendrait d'améliorer le ménage, soit: - dépoussiérer les étagères des placards, ainsi que le balcon qui n'avait pas été balayé depuis un moment, - le sol quand à lui, devrait être lessivé et non passé à la lingette . Un protège matelas serait un plus. Par contre si nous avons choisi cet appartement, c'était principalement pour la mise à disposition d'un parking qui était occupé à notre arrivée, ainsi que plusieurs autres fois durant le séjour, toujours par le même véhicule qui semblait bien installé.

Top rien à redire sur l'appartement en lui même, super situation, très propre, bien équipé, sauf la place de parking qui était prise par d'autres locataires pas sympathiques dans l'immeuble.

There was no toilet paper, no light bulbs in the bedroom (only two small night lights), no hand soap, no dish soap, a clogged sink when we arrived that was never fixed (we had to fix it ourselves—by the way there was mold covering the entire sink when we fixed it ourselves), no hair dryer and no iron—the listing does mention this (so it was my own fault for not checking that; I’ve just never stayed in a place that doesn’t offer something so simple and would be a $12 investment). Also ladies, there is no long mirror in which to view your outfit or shoes, which just about every vacation stay has. Additionally, the AC is not adjustable if you’re accustomed to American hotels on which you can actually lower the temperature. One day, I slept in my bathing suit because it was so warm. We asked about adjusting the temperature when we first arrived, and no one ever responded to us, we were just ignored. Furthermore, when I asked about dish soap, the host stated “we don’t make that here.” However, France certainly does make dish soap, AND the host made sure to reach out on the last day to tell us we’re expected to clean the dishes. Of course, we’ve always done that at all hotels/Airbnb’s, but it was just interesting so see they only reach out to serve their own interest. Thankfully we bought our own dish soap to make sure everything was clean for the next guests (because we truly care about people). On a final note, if you’re looking to use the washer, and it repeatedly won’t work, it’s because the host is cheap/turns off water to the washer. Simply turn on the water and don’t waste your vacation time trying to figure out what is wrong with it. It is BEYOND CLEAR that this is an investment property for someone who does NOT care about their guests. We spent our entire first day going out and buying essentials. The apt has potential, but I would not stay there again. I prefer to be with a host who cares about their guests/the guests’ experience on their often long-sought vacation.

Lovely place in a quiet oasis just minutes from the hustle & bustle of the Croisette & Rue d'Antibes. Central air, modern features, very responsive host/manager, excellent internet: would recommend especially if you're in town for business.
