Located 15 min away on foot from Annecy city-center, this flat is perfect to visit Annecy and to be the starting point to explore the area. You will also be able to join the lake banks in 30 min by bus, and thus join the nice Albigny beach. You will also find the casino nearby (30 min). At last, if you want to ski, La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski stations are 26 km away.
