This charming 30 sq. m apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a calm 3 floors building, and includes :

- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- high chair, baby tub,
- Wi-Fi.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

Two steps away from Parc de La Villette, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the capital city. In an animated and shopping neighborhood, you will find all the commodities as well as numerous bars and restaurants just nearby. You will also be able to stroll along the Ourcq Canal, discover the large Parc de la Villette with its numerous concerts and animations, or enjoy the market 3 times a week. At last, thanks to the transports nearby, it will be easy for you to move around the city.

From Gare du Nord/de l’Est → 15 min by transports or 20 min by car
