Der Bahnhof ist gleich um die Ecke, sowie zwei Supermärkte und ein Bäcker.
Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, das Bad ist winzig aber zweckmäßig.
Man ist bei der Wohnung positiv überrascht, nachdem man erst mal ein Schock mit dem Hinterhof überwunden hat. Der Zugang zur Wohnung braucht erst mal Überwindung. Der Kontakt war sehr schwierig, da kein Englisch gesprochen wurde. Es wurde über Handy Nachrichten verschickt, wie die Übergabe der Wohnung verlaufen soll. Der Schlüssel lag dann unter der Fußmatte. Wir haben nie einen Kontakt zu dem Vermieter gehabt, nur per Nachrichten über eine Kontaktperson. Als wir angekommen sind, war noch das gebrauchte Geschirr in der Spülmaschine gestanden, keine Taps da….
Nach Aufforderung wurde das Geschirr dann gespült.
Außerdem ist der Herr der unter der Wohnung wohnt sehr schwierig, er stand bereits nach der ersten Nacht vor unserer Tür und meinte wir seien zu laut beim gehen in der Wohnung. Es ist ein altes Haus mit Holztreppe und Dielenboden. Wir haben unsere Schuhe ausgezogen und waren angeblich noch immer zu laut 🙈
Wir haben keine Party etc gemacht, sind einfach nach unserer Tour durch Paris zum schlafen, duschen und essen in die Wohnung….

Nous avons été accueillis avec une personne qui ne sentait pas très bon et qui était pieds nu dans l’appartement (pieds très sale), la douche présentait des taches de moisissures ainsi que sur le pommeau de douche. Une personne habite clairement dans l’appartement quand il n’est pas loué car plein d’affaires sont disposés dans les zones de rangements. Du bordel sous le lit et des traces sur les murs, des décorations accrochées avec du papier collant et j’en passe. Des frais de ménage de 100€ pour un appartement ridiculement petit est une moquerie pour que dans un mail nous nous devons de nettoyer derrière nous. De plus le parquet grince énormément et risque d’énerver les voisins comme nous en avons fait les frais. Ne comptez pas loger la à 4 si vous avez pour programme de passer du temps à l’appartement également, on se marche vite dessus. Entre autre, la communication avec l’hôte reste facile et assez rapide. Je dirais que c’est le point positif de ce séjour.

Il n'est pas inhabituel de loger dans un Airbnb occupé par son propriétaire, ce dernier peut être amené à laisser sur place des objets personnels. Les frais de ménage et la surface du logement sont clairement mentionnés au cours de la réservation. Nous demandons effectivement aux voyageurs de laisser le logement rangé afin de nous concentrer sur un ménage plus approfondi. La posizione. Sicuramente dove è posizionato può aiutare moltissimo un turista che non è mai stato a Parigi e che non ha mai usato la metro. Comodo l’angolo cottura e il divano letto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (se non vi danno fastidio le cose riportate in “cosa non ti è piaciuto”). - Livello di pulizia basso: Abbiamo trovato polvere e capelli in giro. il lavandino del bagno aveva della muffa sul bordo. il copriletto aggiuntivi aveva evidentissime macchie di sangue. Appena entrate abbiamo trovato un barra di alluminio a terra (probabilmente uno stipite rotto), che non si sono preoccupati di togliere ovviamente. - Bagno veramente piccolo: sciacquarsi i denti al mattino è stata un’agonia. - Pressione dell’acqua molto bassa: ci è capitato di doverci fare doccia mentre girava la lavatrice e letteralmente dal telefono uscivano 2 goccia d’acqua appena. - Scomoda la comunicazione agenzia/proprietario: molto presenti quando si trattava di ricordare il deposito cauzionale di 700 euro, gli orari, le regole ed eventuali ammende, meno solerti quando è stato il momento del check in. Non una richiesta di informazioni su come stesse andando, ecc… - PRESENZA DI OGGETTI ALTRUI: mai capito in tanti viaggi, di entrare in un appartamento e trovarci le cose del proprietario. Come si fa a dare in affitto/gestione una casa con ancora le proprie dentro? C’era un intero armadio chiuso -e anche approssimativamente- con un lucchetto e nell’armadio dove erano stipate le cose aggiuntive (cuscini, lenzuola, asciugamani…) c’erano altri oggetti personali! Altri oggetti personali invece erano nel bagno. Veramente di tutte quante le cose, decisamente quest’ultima è stata la peggiore e la più fastidiosa.

It was what we paid for (the place was accurately described, but the bathroom was very unsatisfactory. There was a clear smell of mold, dirt and rust was found on the shower head and wall. Just overall lack of hygiene and felt uncomfortable to be in. The bedrooms were as described and was kept fairly clean. The host initially failed to provided us with instructions on how to enter the premises and kept directing us to unresponsive call lines. They just made the entire process very difficult. However the area is quite well place with a supermarket 2 mins away and a metro and bus stations are also quite close. Overall it was a satisfactory experience but not excellent.

Great location. Good appartment next to the train station. However the bathroom and the toilet were not the cleanest. And it was freezing when we arrived. The heater was turned off. It was -2 when we arrived at night in Paris. We were with a 5 years old and a 2 months old so being that cold at night was not ok ! It took a bit of time for the place to be warm enough. We had to sleep whith our coat the first night. Really not ok !

Lovely flat, however bedsheets we’re stained and shower was blocked. Which we had to sort out ourselves! We did inform the company as we’ve checked in and kept saying someone is on the way but no one turned up! Terrible communication! The person responsible of the flat didn’t seem so bothered either! Only the following day we’ve heard someone was coming to unblock the shower but we’ve already did it ourselves and they also provided bedsheet but way too late! We had to spend a night without shower and bedsheets after travelling all day! Would not recommend at all!

The apartment is modern, furnished with good taste, and with super comfortable beds. However, the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. The bathroom is tiny, with no windows, having a slightly unpleasant smell. The dishes in the kitchen were not washed properly. I appreciated a lot that I had an iron and a hair dryer. The host was amiable and communicative.

Great apartment for a couple. The price is good, a little bit far from train station (like 700m). The apartment was clean and comfortable but the bathroom had a very small sink and was very hard to wash your face. It was easy to find the apartment and the contact person was always answering in case I needed something. The check out was too early 10:00am, usually it’s 12:00pm.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped for up to 4 people. You have easy access to shops, backeries and the Pantin train station, just two stops away from Garre de Nord. However, i would not recommend this stay for families. The neighborhood was very sketchy and rather insecure. Not really a safe zone. Perhaps if we had known this before we would not have stayed there but it is difficult to know these things if you’re not a local. The flat is nice regardless but check in was a bit chaotic as at first we were not able to access the apartment because the door code was wrong. We had to ask the neighbor for it. Communication with the host was fast and good.

The appartement was well equiped, beautifully furnished and dekorated. Unfortunately, the dishes were not too clean when we arrived. In addition, the check-in was a little chaotic and communication not too easy, but we worked it out and enjoyed our stay afterwards. There are supermarkets, pharmacy and bakery just around the corner:)

Excellent choice for visiting Paris. In the area of the city of science and very close to Pantin station. Quiet residential area crossed by a beautiful canal. Small but fully equipped, excellent for 2 or 3 people, good for 4.

En général, un très bel appart, par contre je suis d'accord que l'appart n'est pas le plus propre de ma vie. C'était ok pour moi, le lit était fait, la salle de bains assez propre, pas de sales assiettes ou serviettes, mais, d'après moi, il faut faire une fois un nettoyage profonde (dans les placards, le sol, etc) pour les gens qui veulent un appart propre comme dans un hôtel. La femme a la réception et l'homme pour le quitter la chambre étaient très chaleureux. L'appart est dans un quartier plutôt calme et sécurisée. Je pouvais bien dormi. La communication était ok - si j'avais besoin de quelqu'un, j'ai toujours trouvée une personne au téléphone.

A estadia foi péssima. O atendimento para a resolução de problemas foi totalmente ineficiente. Um descaso com a gente. Tivemos que resolver todos os problemas por nós mesmos. O apartamento estava sem água e nos disseram que não tinham como resolver que teríamos que esperar para o dia seguinte. Estávamos com uma bebê e sem condição de fazer comidas, tomar banho ou usar o banheiro. Depois precisamos de ajuda com a limpeza que tinha sido péssima e no atendimento nos disseram que não tinham o que fazer. Reembolsaram apenas parte da taxa de limpeza e nos deixaram hospedados em um local sujo e inadequado. Tivemos problemas com a chave e nos mandaram procurar um hotel. Total descaso com o hóspede e com o turista. Não recomendamos em hipótese alguma o local!

à fuir!!!! lors du checkin le ménage n'est pas fait, on nous dit que cela va être réglé rapidement, nous revenons à 20:00 et l'appartement est toujours sale (draps non changés, des masques covid partout, de la nourriture qui traine). la gérance nous dit être désolée et doit nous rappeler au plus vite... nous n'aurons pas de nouvelles de leur part. nous avons donc dû chercher un hôtel avec nos deux enfants fatiguées, faire le transfert de l'appartement à l'hôtel... beaucoup de frais imprévus et jamais n de réponse de Welkeys.
