This nice 42 sq. m flat, located on the 1st floor with an elevator and tastefully decorated, is composed of :

The neighborhood
Enjoy the beautiful beach in 5 min walking from the residence as well as the Mediterranean sun: you will be in the ideal location to enjoy the sea air! Just between Juan-les-Pins and Antibes centers, close to all amenities, you can visit the famous places of the city: the Old Antibes, the museums (including the Archaeology Museum and the Picasso Museum), the Vauban port, the Fort Carré, the beaches and other attractions... You will also have the choices between all Juan restaurants and bars just 5 min walking away. Finally, it will only take you 10 min by car to reach the Marineland water park and about 30 min by car to reach Nice or Cannes.

Juan-les-Pins train station → 3 min walk
Nice-Côte d'Azur airport → 25 min by car or 50 min by public transport

N'hésitez pas à prendre contact avec nos équipes pour plus d'informations sur l'emplacement de parking si votre véhicule est plutôt imposant. Le matelas était en bon état avant votre séjour, le lit est préparé à chaque séjour. Un ménage de profondeur a été réalisé après votre passage, notamment dans la salle de bain.
