Located on the 2nd floor of a secured residence (with elevator), this charming 25 sq. m flat is composed of :
- a nice veranda with a beautiful view on the ocean,
- a pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a night corner with two simple bunk beds,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),

Au vu du tarif pratiqué, le logement reste très petit pour une location pour 4 personnes (lit superposé dans le couloir d’entrée) et des équipements étaient malheureusement cassés (rideau extérieur cassé / pied central canapé lit cassé / lampe d’appoint cassée..).

The apartment was available for a family, we have slim posture but housing the four of us in this apartment was a stretch. Our 1m70 kids barely fit in the bunks. The sea breeze overnight keeps the temperature acceptable but in the bunks in the hallway the temperature at night is still too stuffy - and the weather in Anglet during our stay was mediocre, 25degrees celcius. There’s no airco but at least a fan would be a plus. Overall sleep comfort is very low. The main bed being a sleepover couch deserves a special mention: The owner would do much better on this apartment if it was replaced.

Un petit bémol sur l'isolation phonique entre appartements.

Négatif: au prix où nous payons, il n'y a pas de wifi.
Mauvaise insonorisation: les lits superposés sont proche de la porte d'entrée et la nuit, on n' entend les gens dans le couloir( claques les portes, discutent...)

La résidence est calme et avoir une place de parking est très appréciable.
En revanche les photos de l annonce donnent l impression que c est plus grand.
L appartement était propre mais mauvaise surprise à l ouverture du canapé lit, nous avons dû aspirer le matelas car il n était pas propre.
La télécommande de la tv ne fonctionnait pas
Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances
