Great family-friendly property with all the amenities you need! Conveniently located next to a grocery store and close to the metro station. The place was clean, and communication was excellent, accommodating early and late check-outs. The only downside was the keyless lock, which made it difficult for 1-2 family members to access the property independently. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Het appartement was echt prima en ideaal met parkeergarage. Onze host Hacene was heel vriendelijk en hielp goed. Maar… Welkeys is mindere ervaring. We konden het appartement de eerste middag nog niet gebruiken, de schoonmaak moest nog gebeuren. Navraag over compensatie wordt al 10 dagen gewoon genegeerd. Ook een andere vraag van ons wordt genegeerd. Meerdere keren gevraagd via airbnb, via app berichten, via Hacene. Zeer onprofessioneel als agency.

Lage war gut für den Preis , Metro und Bus in der Nähe
Für Familie mit vier Personen ausreichend Platz .
Mitarbeiter der den Schlüssel übergeben sollten war freundlich und hilfsbereit , konnte unten angeführte Probleme leider nicht lösen !
Da wir uns verfahren hatten , fand keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe statt . Garagenstellplatz war im Preis inbegriffen, mussten trotzdem auf eigene Kosten und Mühe extra Garage mieten ,weil der Gast vor uns den Schlüssel mitgenommen hat. Es wurde versprochen die kosten werden erstattet . Noch nicht passiert , nach 10 Stunden Fahrt darf man noch Stellplatz suchen, nichts einfacher als das in Paris und Umgebung !
Wohnung wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt nach dem Vorgänger , defekte Sachen noch im Zimmer !

Al.ost all was gone , but I left my belonging in the place. First it was made to wait for 3 days before they find it, then we had a video calk to make sure it was not there. Why could not we do it before?
In my opinion, the staff just disregardingly threw it out when they cleaned the house after us, and then when they came for me, they of course could not find it...
The item was valuable only for me, for the host it was just a paper.

Die Lage ist recht gut. Man sollte aber die Metro Verbindung vor Anreise checken, da einige Linien für Reparaturen über längere Zeit geschlossen werden. Der Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss ist natürlich sehr nützlich. Es war leider nicht sauber. Vom verschimmelten Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine über klebriges Geschirr, Krümel, offensichtlich nass gewordenes Klopapier mit braunen Schmierflecken dran bis zum müffelnden Kühlschrank haben wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. In einer Schublade lag eine Unterhose, der Kindersitz am Tisch war so verklebt, ich war froh dass unser Sohn schon auf normalen Stühlen sitzen kann. Das Inventar der Küche müsste teilweise ausgetauscht werden. Es gab nur Steakmesser. Schwierig damit ein Butterbrot zu schmieren. Es bräuchte einfach mal eine gründliche Reinigung. Auch die Türen und Fenster sehen aus, als wären sie seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt worden. Die Schubladen auswischen um Haare und tote Fliegen zu beseitigen. Sehr schade. Da hilft es auch nicht, dass die Dame bei der Wohnungsübergabe sehr nett und beim Abreisezeitraum tolerant war. Dafür als Gegenleistung eine fünf Sterne Bewertung zu verlangen finde ich dreist.

Location was good We had to wait over 2 hours outside to get into the property. Check in time was 3 pm but they were unable to provide us with a key. When they provided the key around 5pm, it was messy and they said that someone will be there to clean it. After it was cleaned, it was not good either. We needed to stay over 2 hours and ultimately we were inside after 7:30pm. If you want to waste your time and ruin your plans for the day, then book this location.

We had a lovely stay at this place After spending hectic day in paris coming back to this stay was heavenly We had a great time here as we got adequate amenities with good ventilation and accessibility The bathroom was super clean There was hot water supply 24x7 Supermart just downstairs Metro station at 500 metres I would totally recommend for a group of 2-4 people The neighbors were friendly . The appartment is baby friendly too 👍🏼

Clichy was a good place to stay. The Supermarket was right next to the airbnb. There were restaurants , pharmacies and Kebab-Shops in the area. The Metro-Station was around 10 min walking (Line 13 and 14) and we could go to the main monuments within 20 to 30 minutes. The airbnb is located in a new building. The furniture is also very new. The beds, even the sofa, were very comfortable. It was good equipped with washing und coffee-maschine, microwave etc. We went in Sommer in Paris. The Apartment is very warm and gets the sun the whole day. There weren’t any fans or air-conditioning. Because of that we needed to sleep always with the windows open. The streets were loud until 3/4 am, specially on the weekends, with bars open. We hadn’t unfortunately such a good night of sleep there. The problem would be solved with a AC. It was also less detergent and toilet-paper and no hand soap at the bathroom.

Die Lage in der Nähe Pt. de Clichy war für uns ideal. Mit der Metro Linie 13 ist man schnell in der Stadt, aber auch das Stade de France war schnell zu erreichen, besonders wichtig für einen kurzen Rückweg nach Konzerten dort. Das Appartement selbst liegt in einem modernen Gebäude, ein Supermarkt befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Man fühlte sich sehr sicher in diesem Viertel. Die Concierge Mariane begrüßte uns pünktlich und sehr freundlich und erklärte alles wichtige gut. Die Wohnung liegt mit den Fenstern nach Süden und Westen, wodurch es trotz sehr guter Rollos gut warm wurde.

Espeço excelente, comodidades, equipamentos, elevador, região com mercados e restaurantes e estação de metro a 600 metros. Mas, estava MUITO sujo. A privada estava com respingos de urina, a bancada da cozinha com restos de pó de café, manchas e sujeiras. Exaustor com gorduras, os equipamentos, como chaleira elétrica, cafeteira, jarra de filtro de água, entre outros, todos com muito sujeira. O forno está tão sujo, que quando resolvemos usar, a casa ficou cheirando queimado, pois a sujeira estava queimando dentro. Éramos 3 pessoas, uma delas dormiu no Sofá-cama. Foi deixado travesseiro e edredom limpos em cima do sofá, mas, quando abrimos o sofá-cama, o lençol que estava lá era usado, com muito cabelo e até restos de biscoito. Havia nas fotos berço e outros equipamentos para bebê, e estavam lá abertos, ocupando muito espaço. O check-in custou 44 euros por ser tarde da noite, mas não tinha ninguém pra receber, era tudo automático. Comunicação com anfitrião muito demorada.

Wygodne mieszkanie na wypad do Paryża. Blisko restauracje, stacja metra i autobus. Parking podziemny w sąsiednim budynku. Kilka sklepów wokół apartamentu, jeden na dole. Mieszkanie mogłoby być lepiej posprzątane. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Bei unserer Ankunft war der Schlüssel nicht an dem vereinbarten Ort und unser Airbnb wurde noch nicht gereinigt nach dem letzten Besuch. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden wir nur darauf hingewiesen wir könnten einen Ersatz Schlüssel ja abholen.. dies wäre jedoch 30min entfernt. Es wurde keine Anstalten gemacht einen Ersatzschlüssel vorbeizubringen. Wir mussten 1h warten bis die Reinigungskraft kam und uns das Airbnb aufgeschlossen hat... Mit dem Check-in und der Freundlichkeit meiner Kontaktperson waren wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ansonsten ist das Airbnb aber sehr schön und wie beschrieben vorzufinden :)

Appartement bien situé (proche ligne 14 , tram et autre commodités : c’est top), propreté impeccable, très calme. 👌🏾 Le parking est un gros plus !
L’accueil s’est fait de manière autonome : les échanges étaient tres rapide et parfait !
