This cosy 32 sq. m studio, with beautiful volumes and visible beams, is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and includes:
- a charming living space with a comfortable pull-out sofa-bed,
- a nice mezzanine with a double bed,
- a bathroom with bathroom-shower,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- high chair and baby bed (on demand), beach equipment,
- QLED TV, Orange decoder and WiFi.

Before your stay, our Welkeys experts will give you all the information you need for your arrival. Connect to our dedicated traveler's app: a real digital travel diary that includes your rental's features and all information relating to your stay.

Before your arrival and after your departure, our team will provide you with hotel-quality housekeeping, bath towels, hotel-quality bed linen and a line of natural skincare products.

These services are included in the "Housekeeping fee", so you can enjoy your stay to the full, without worrying about the logistics.

The neighborhood

Charming studio ideally located a few minutes away from the beaches ! At the heart of the city, you will discover all the charming little streets, the market or the port. You will find numerous restaurants and shops nearby, don’t miss Lopez ice-creams or Chez Adam pastries ! Thanks to the free shuttle bus, you will also easily explore the bay.
