In a pedestrian street, close to all commodities, you won’t miss anything to enjoy the city and the oceanic breeze ! The flat is located 150m from the main beach, on a pedestrian street.
This cosy 32 sq. m studio, with beautiful volumes and visible beams, is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and includes:
- a charming living space with a comfortable pull-out sofa-bed,
- a nice mezzanine with a double bed,
- a bathroom with bathroom-shower,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- high chair and baby bed (on demand), beach equipment,
- QLED TV, Orange decoder and WiFi.

Accès aux commerces et à la plage en quelques pas.
Appartement situé dans une impasse, très calme.
Attention l’escalier pour accéder au lit sur la mezzanine est très pentu.
Ne convient pas aux personnes avec problèmes genoux ou hanches.
Pas de WC à l’étage.

En revanche, l'appartemment était franchement sale malgré des frais de ménage exorbitants.
Aussi de telles consignes de rangement avant le départ pour un logement sale avec 115 euros de frais de ménage ne sont pas très justes.

Le seul point négatif est la propreté de l’appartement par rapport aux frais de ménage payé sur Airbnb (environ 100€ pour 3 nuits). Il y avait beaucoup de sable, la cuisine avait été nettoyé très succinctement ainsi que la salle de bain.
Je recommande quand même ce logement

can sleep 4, but it would feel crowded.
A family of 3 perfect.
The ladder up to the loft bedroom has a skylight, adding light to the space.
The ladder is steep and high so care is needed.
Otherwise its a perfect location, so close to the beach.

Bien équipé
Grand lit en mezzanine très agréable !
Poignée de porte d'entrée parfois capricieuse (elle s'est bloquée).
En effet, l'escalier pour monter à la mezzanine est raide mais on le sait avant de réserver !

El apartamento es muy acogedor pero es un segundo sin ascensor y una de las camas de matrimonio está en un altillo con una escalera de madera bastante empinada. No recomendado para personas mayores, niños o de movilidad reducida.
