Located on the 3rd floor without lift, this wonderful 83 sq. m flat with a view on the City Hall and St. Jacques tower is composed of:
- an elegant and bright living room,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- two bathrooms with showers,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi.

The access to the apartment isn't available for people with reduced mobility.

Thanks to the metro, you can quickly and easily reach all the other emblematic monuments of Paris: the Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Champs-Elysées... Finally, you will have the choice between innumerable restaurants, bars, museums and animations just a few steps away from your rental.
