This beautiful and large 120 sq. m flat, recently renewed by an architect, is located on the garden floor of a charming house in the middle of a 1000 sq. m wooded area and includes:
- a superb and sunny terrace,
- a large and cosy living room,
- a master bedroom with a double bed and a shower room,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with 2 simples beds,
- an independent bathroom with shower,
- a nice and fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- WiFi, TV,
- cars can be parked on the house court (including a type 1 electric vehicle charging plug).

Located in a calm and pleasant neighborhood, you won't miss anything to enjoy a beautiful stay in the Arcachon Bay. In addition to being 5 min driving away from Arcachon city-center, you will discover 5 min away as well the charming Moulleau neighborhood with its beach and animations. You will also find Arcachon golf court 2 steps away, as well as shops 5 min away. At last, you will be at the best place to discover all the wonders of the area : the Dune du Pilat, the Île aux Oiseaux, Cap-Ferret...

L'appartement en lui-même ainsi que la terrasse sont agréables, cependant l'appartement est situé...

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié cet appartement dans son ensemble. l'annonce stipule clairement qu'il s'agit d'un appartement situé au rez-de-jardin. Elle ne mentionne pas la présence d'une vue particulière mais que le terrain est effectivement boisé. Si un écran apparaît dans les photos, il n'est pas inclus dans les équipement.
