The space
Located 10 minutes walk from the beach, close to the train station and the city centre, this studio is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the southern sun.
This nice 21 sq. m studio is located on the 1st floor without lift in a calm and pedestrian street, and is composed of :
- a bright and pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- WIFI, air conditioning.

The neighborhood
Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the sweetness of the South during your stay. Ideally located at 5 min walking distance from the city centre, you will reach the Croisette, the beach and the Palais du Festival in 10 min and the Vieux-Cannes in 15 min. You will also be able to take advantage of all the local shops located around the flat. Finally, thanks to the nearby train station, you can easily explore the cities of the Côte d'Azur.

From Nice airport → 30 min by car or 1 h by transport

En plus du flamant rose décoratif cassé, vous oubliez de mentionner l'état de saleté dans lequel vous avez rendu le logement et qui a nécessité plusieurs heures de ménage supplémentaires.
