This nice 70 sq. m flat is located on the 2nd floor without lift in a calm and pedestrian street, and is composed of :

Positive: Location Negative: Please pay attention, pictures don’t show the real situation in the apartment. Apartment was very dirty and after our communication nobody came to clean. Beds (& small tables) are all broken and unacceptably dirty. The shower drain was blocked, the water wouldn't go down. The host is very bad organized, on the second day come one passed closed the apartment and left us without the key waiting for 2 hours. Very bad experience.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Sauberkeit ist nicht zufrieden stellend, wir fanden ein geöffnetes Kondom unter unserem Bett. Ebenfalls sind Möbelstücke und andere Gegenstände defekt. Es gibt keinen Strom und kein warmes Wasser in dem Bad mit der Badewanne. Ebenfalls spritzen die Duschschläuche Benutzung in alle Richtungen. Der Support ist mangelhaft. Jeden Tag versuchte ich vom Support Hilfe zu erlangen da wir den gesamten Zeitraum über kein WIFI hatten. Die Antworten waren „es steht auf der Box“- wo nix stand , eine SMS mit einem falschen Zugang und irgendwann hat der Support scheinbar aufgegeben und am letzten Tag hieß es „es funktioniert doch alles“. Nix hat funktioniert. Der Geschirrspüler war kaputt, der Boiler sah gefährlich aus da irgendwelche Kabel raussteckten und die Abschirmung fehlte - wir haben uns nicht getraut ihn zu bedienen. Das gelbe und das blaue Schlafsofa sind für 2 Personen nicht geeignet. Höchstens für 2 Kinder. Das einzige richtige Bett hatte einen kaputten Fuß und die Matratze war zu klein für das Gestell. Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig, die Lampen waren super staubig und die Badewanne hatte Verschleißspuren. Im Großen und Ganzen hätte man sich viel besser um dieses Apartment kümmern können. Das hätte unseren Aufenthalt angenehmer gestaltet und wir hätten uns nicht zu 6. ein kleines 3qm Bad teilen müssen. Küche ist sehr sporadisch ausgestattet, es gab nicht mal ein einziges scharfes Messer. Ich weiß nicht wie man da kochen soll. Ich würde die Unterkunft für 3 Personen empfehlen denen es auch nicht wichtig ist das Scheiben in den Türrahmen fehlen & sich Badtüren nicht schließen lassen . Wir sind echt unzufrieden gewesen.

It is in indeed a beautiful new apartment as it shows in the pictures -and it will be more beautiful once it would be ready-, but the info published is not complete. We had several inconveniences and no one from the apartment react to find a solution. It’s a second floor by stairs, the air conditioner doesn’t work, we didn’t have hot water, incomplete basic things in the bathroom and the kitchen, the second room has a bed for a kid (not for adult) and no one was helping to solve the inconveniences or answering messages. It is good to say that they were very nice letting us doing the check in earlier and a late check out that was very helpful. I travelled with my 4 years kid and all the inconveniences really made things very difficult.
