L'entreprise Welkeys, qui gère cet appartement, vous demande une caution de 700€ et se sert de manière complètement abusive sur cette caution après votre départ. Ils vous envoient promener quand vous leur demandez de justifier les retenues sur caution. Bref, un comportement de brigand. Si j'étais vous, je passerais mon chemin. N'hésitez pas à rechercher le nom de cette entreprise dans un moteur de recherche avant de réserver, je suis loin d'être un cas isolé.

Suite à votre séjour, notre équipe a constaté des dommages sur le surmatelas, ainsi qu'un état de saleté et de désordre nécessitant un ménage supplémentaire. C'est pourquoi une partie de la caution a été utilisée pour couvrir ces frais, conformément aux conditions générales que vous avez acceptées lors de la réservation.

les petites magasins très proche.
le fait que l'appartement est petit mais très bien aménagé.
le lit qui est pas confortable du tout, trop grand pour l'espace, il est mis à travers ce qui fait qu'il est plus large que longue. Le lit est un lit pour une personne qui peut se transformer en lit deux personnes, mais étant posé comme il est, composé de deux matelas, les matelas s'éloignent pendant la nuit et on dort mal, en plus il était trop court pour être bien (nous faisons 1m70). On aurait pu dormir dans l'autre direction, mais un de nous deux aurait été coincé entre le mur et le cadrement en bois autour du lit.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything imaginable. Microwave, coffee machine, towels galore, plus a decent sized wardrobe with plenty of hangers!
An excellent shower and a comfortable bed were also provided.
Steep narrow stairs leading to 2nd floor. It was a struggle lugging a suitcase upstairs!

Pas mal de petits équipements pratiques
Le propriétaire impose un service payant pour la caution et la conciergerie après la validation de la réservation par Booking -> c’est illégal. Les frais doivent être mentionnés avant la réservation.
Il est inacceptable de devoir repayer derrière.
La conciergerie ne répond pas aux questions. Donc à partir du moment où vous avez payé la location, non seulement on vous réclame de l’argent en plus en menaçant de ne pas vous donner les clefs, mais en plus vous n’avez aucun contact avec personne si vous avez des questions.
Odeur d’égout très forte dans l’appartement
Lit qui n’est pas un lit mais un canapé lit inconfortable avec une barre en plein milieu

One thing I would like to say is that the only bed is a sofa bed in the lounge room. I guess I didn’t look closely enough at the photos of the apartment. Makes it a little squishy for two adults and luggage. We also found the bed was not terribly comfortable for 4 nights.

Check in/out procedure (photo upload) was a minor hassle; security deposit was large and incurred a processing fee (about 15 euro). Neighborhood a bit loud at night (in conjunction with windows needing to be open due no air conditioning), though the central/old town location that resulted in this was very nice. Would have preferred actual bed over pull-out couch, seeing as in seperate room anyway and therefore not functioning as couch.

When I booked the property I was told there would be a personal handover, later this was changed to having to use a lock box system. This system did not work properly as the pin number and box location was only transmitted to me just before arrival and I had no phone data signal. It also meant I needed to take photos of the inside of the property on arrival, work out how to use the wi-fi in the flat then upload photos to agent. This was not what I wanted to do when tired from traveling all day and expecting a personal handover. The agent needs to manage expectations better in this regard. The property needs to be provided with a fan, as at night the noisy surroundings meant the windows have to be closed. A cork screw should have been provided (I had to buy one myself and donate to the property). On my last evening I could not get the halogen hob to work, the appliance instructions where unhelpful and agent was uncontactable for advice. Fixtures and fittings are only just adequate, obviously purchased to a low budget, this resulted in a feeling of insecurity on my behalf whilst using the apartment.

personne ne nous a accueilli pour nous présenter le logement, nous attendons au pied de la porte de l'immeuble et à chercher un numéro de téléphone pour joindre l'agence WELKEYS, par ailleurs nous avons eu personne.. Un passant nous demande si nous avons fait une réservation Booking? Oui! le monsieur nous dit de regarder sur la fenêtre prêt de la porte s'il y a les clés, effectivement dans une boite en plastique , ouverte, un trousseau de clé. Nous rentrons dans l'immeuble, pas d'indication, de numéro ou de nom d'agence, bref, obligé de tester les 8 appartements pour savoir qu'elle porte est là notre, une honte. On rentre, les larmes me montent... rien à voir avec les photos, un vacarmes dans l'immeuble, aucune isolation phonique, très sommaire, pas confort du tout, la porte d'entrée ne ferme quasiment pas, j'étais en déplacement pro avec des bagages de valeurs, je me sentais incapable de rester là une seconde de plus. Et zéro réseau pour appel ou internet dans l'appartement, poignet de la porte de la salle de bain arraché (photos à l'appui) Une cata
J'ai préféré remettre mes affaires dans la voiture et réserver un hôtel à 20h en urgence pour 3 jours alors que j'avais cet appartement payé. je suis en cours pour une demande de remboursement avec Booking, j'ai déjà eu un retour négatif mais je vais refaire la demande, je ne vais rien lâcher, c'est une honte, un désastre
J'ai remis les clés sur le rebord de la fenêtre, j'ai indiqué mon départ à Booking et je suis partie
Situé en plein cœur du panier, stationnement ultra difficile, proche du port ça c'est bien.
J'ai déjà fait de nombreuses résa Booking et sérieusement j'ai jamais vu ça!
